360 Rainforest

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at 360 Rainforest, a true gem nestled in the heart of the rainforest. While the presence of insects is part of the experience, the staff do their very best to keep the rooms and public areas super clean and insect-free. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat. We particularly loved the newly built pool, which offered stunning views and a peaceful spot to relax together. The food was exceptional, with flavors that really impressed us. Every meal was a treat, and the staff were attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway filled with nature and delicious food, 360 Rainforest is a fantastic choice!

We booked 2 nights at the hotel, 2 adults and 3 children, the rooms we received were full of insects, not maintained, brown water came out of the taps, inappropriate, the pictures do not correspond to reality. We left after one night and the hotel refused to refund the extra night.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The water in the shower was brown and in the sink So much bugs in your room and even a frog when the doors were closed Food was terrible we couldn’t stand more then 1 night there Completely ignoring all of our complains

Don't expect luxury, you have travelled many miles away from any major town or village and have arrived at a small settlement near the entrance of the National park. There are several other hotels/guesthouses and a café, with work being carried out to enlarge one of the bigger places. The 360 has a great little pool and the food in the tiny little restaurant was good. We stayed in a wonderful lodge and were the only guests at the time, the tents and the river area is beautiful and the treks in the rainforest are fabulous. Go on take yourself out of your comfort zone and enjoy the experience.

Beautiful resort right at the start of the forest entrance. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very complete and clean. A special shoutout to the great staff and in particular Upul: there were some booking issues due to a system error outside of their control, and Upul went above and beyond to ensure the issues were resolved and we found a solution. If there's anything that could be improved it would be to add another UK or international plug to the room. There was only one UK socket available in my room and several Sri Lankan plugs for which I didn't have an adapter. But this was only a minor gripe.

Waking up to the symphony of the forest and the sight of misty hills bathed in the golden light of dawn was an experience that etched itself into my soul. Our jungle adventure trek, led by the hotel's expert team, was a thrilling escapade into the heart of the rainforest. We were adventurers discovering hidden realms, with every step unveiling wonders - majestic waterfalls cascading with a roar, a kaleidoscope of insects, and enigmatic creatures lurking in the verdant foliage. It was as if we had stepped into a living, breathing nature documentary. Speaking of the team, they were the heart and soul of the hotel. Their service was impeccable, infused with a warmth and sincerity that added an extra layer of magic to our stay. Their passion for their work and their love for the rainforest were evident in every interaction, making us feel not just as guests, but as part of a larger, more beautiful world.
