PAUL'S BEACH AND MOUNTAIN VIEW, BEAUTIFUL ONE BEDROOM PLAYA AZUL!

First Time to the Island Super clean property, and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great first stay in Puerto Rico! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The area was very safe and everyone was always very friendly. It’s super close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, so we were able to walk to most places. We had a clogged toilet and the property manager was very responsive and sent someone to fix it immediately. Great experience overall!

Luquillo Host was excellent. Super responsive. Apartment was very clean. Exactly like pictures. Great area. Will be back!

Wonderful Luquillo This property matched the pictures and description without fault. The view from the balcony was beautiful- a perfect spot to start each day. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host was great- quick with responses. Take advantage of her suggestions, we took many and were never disappointed. The staff at the complex was incredibly friendly, and while we did not need any help I feel they would have readily offer any assistance needed. We spent 2 weeks here; it was the perfect spot for long walks on the beach ( at least 2 miles in either direction), having a beach day right outside your door, or being a home base for El Yunque, Fajardo, Culebra, or San Juan. There are great restaurants/ street food/bars that you can walk to. We loved our stay here and would choose this place if we return to PR.

Amazing week! The property was amazing and has a ton of activities. The view is amazing! You can see the beach and surrounding area. Super family friendly. Met several people who own units in the building and they were so nice and welcoming. Felt very safe. You need a pass to get on the property and then a key to get in building and there is a 24 personnel at both. Two separate basketball courts, one full size and another four smaller kids. The pool is huge. Everything was clean and neat. Washer and dryer in the unit, decent size TV’s, two single beds in the living room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lastly, Gia was amazing. I messaged her several times and she always responded within just a couple minutes. She was not just friendly, but also accommodating. I’m very appreciative to have stayed here. I am confident we will be back!

Lovely stay in Luquillo Upon arrival there is 24 hr security in the property of the 3 building complex. The courtyard was very well maintained. There is a gate that exits to lovely public beach access. The beach was beautiful and there was good snorkeling at the reef right there. One day there was even manatees! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we were looking for. The beds were comfy and air conditioning kept us comfortable at night. The view was also beautiful from the balcony. Our host made the check in and out process very simple and easy to do. The kiosks and luquillo beach were an easy 5 min drive from the apartment and the rainforest was about 15 min, all with plenty to do and a lot of local cuisine and atmosphere. One thing i think that is worth mentioning are guidelines for this secured property. Beach access after 7 pm you have to leave the grounds because the gate will be locked. This ensures safety of the people who live in the buildings and visitors, so I don’t think it’s a bad thing. The complex also does not allow use of the pool after 7 pm, which is also good for safety. We were happy to follow the community rules as guests to this home. We are very grateful to our host for sharing their beautiful property that made us comfortable, safe, and gave us a great place to enjoy a lot of things Puerto Rico has to offer. Thank you!
