Rustic, comfortable country house "Vepres", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 6 km from the centre of Massa Martana, outside the resort Viepri, in a secluded position on top of a hill. Private: park 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (6 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km. Nearby attractions: Todi 12 km, Bevagna 20 km, Montefalco 20 km, Foligno 26 km, Assissi 35 km, Perugia 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Corbara 27 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality. 7-room house 390 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: open large living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the loggia. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) large living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Exit to the loggia.
