Fbc Fortuny Resort - Adults Only

На удивление приятный отель, рассчитанный только на взрослых постояльцев. Расположен в удалении от клубов, туристического променада и прочей «движухи», до пляжа около 20 минут прогулочным шагом. Номера в бунгало – чистые и уютные, сантехника в отличном состоянии, персонал отзывчивый. Еда в ресторане при отеле отличная: ассортимент блюд в меню, сервировка, органолептические ощущения – все на уровне. Если будет возможность, обязательно вернемся.

Me ha gustado muchísimo este hotel, el servicio excelente, las instalaciones muy bien, la limpieza de 10 y el personal fenomenal, desde recepción, camarera s , socorrista....Un 10 en tranquilidad y comfort.

A lovey little development. The bungalow was in great condition, clean and with very comfortable beds. A little basic but that was fine and totally comparable with other self catered holiday apartments I’ve been to. One thing we noticed was the lack of ambient lighting in the living area, there were no lamps or dimmer switches meaning that in the evenings the only option was bright bright overhead lights so a lamp would have been nice but obviously a minor detail. All the staff were incredible - very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. What was a nice touch was your apartment was cleaned as much or little as you liked, you just needed to let reception know by 11am on the day in question. Food in the restaurant was very nice, we had a few different things and all were good and fresh. Pool was pristine and plenty of sunbeds. The bungalow we stayed in was 713 which was round the back. Others face the pool and I’m glad ours didn’t as wanted a nice chilled break and that’s what I got. I’d definitely return, it seems that lots of people there had been before and were “regulars” which is always an except sign. Would highly recommend, particularly to solo travellers it was very safe and well staffed.

We have been coming to the Fortuny for 6 years now and still love it. Best things - peaceful with a great pool, which is heated but may not feel like that initially on a cooler day Each apartment has it’s own couple of sun loungers on the terrace as well as those around the pool. Pool towels are available . Wonderful staff who are always friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and sofa, small but adequate kitchen and dining area. Good shower, and both toilet upstairs and downstairs. The complex was refurbished in 2016 and is a year round resort so yes there are some minor signs of wear and tear. However I think some comments in recent reviews are unfair this is not a 5 star hotel and the upkeep and maintenance is very good. Yes the cooking facilities and utensils are basic but fine for simple cooking (hotplate and microwave). Toasters and kettles are supplied if requested. We enjoy the ~ 30 min walks to the seafront and beaches at Maspalomas and Melonaras but a taxi is cheap and easily available if needed. Bus stops are close as are a few restaurants (don’t miss New Rustico). A large supermarket with a great choice of food is a 15 minute walk away. Another must is watch the sunset from The New Panoramic Bar at Melonaras beach followed by dinner at Ciao Ciao. All in all this is a great, good value choice for those looking for a peaceful holiday with plenty restaurants and bars within easy reach.

Just returned from our 4th stay at Fbc Fortuny and again can not praise this place enough. All the staff from reception to housekeeping to Chill out bar staff are amazing and we cannot single any out. They are so friendly and always seem happy to chat and will go out of their way to make you stay the best. They all work so hard. It's is the perfect place to relax but only a short taxi away from bars and restaurants etc. We cannot wait to book again soon!! Thanks again Fbc Fortuny

Only home since last wk unfortunately due to family member bn sick wed to shorten r stay we really LOVED the quiet and tranquil vide in the hotel I was happy we’d chosen an adults only place .Staff r caring kind and really hard working the hotel is SPOTLESS .Food in restaurant is good the only NEGATIVE I give on the restaurant is THE CATS wondering around while ur eating discusting .A big shout out to both JOSE AND TOM at reception helping me in any way as to makin sure I got my refund because of having to return home early 10/10 to them both .The resort is a lil bit away from things the hotel needs to stock up supermarket better and for the sake of the GUESTS enjoying times in restaurant THE MANAGEMENT need to hire more staff for restaurant 2 hrs to get 2 courses is just not on .One staff in kitchen and one on floor with restaurant full and also online orders comin in from rooms also is just not acceptable the staff were clearly RAN OFF THEIR FEET .The pool bar is of no significance to the guests as uve to come into main bar/restaurant to let staff no ur at pool bar NOT MANNED full time .Air con in rooms only r room was upstairs .I loved the fact u could what’s app reception rather than goin down to any of ur requirements we got 2 beach towels for r stay and they can b changed twice a wk .Loved the sunbeds directly outside of r room although we didn’t have pool view we were happy where we were .Over all enjoyed r stay would stay again for definite .
