Mirasol Resort

The location, the size of yhe property, the swimming pool all are great and upto mark at this price point. The cleanliness of swimming pool is commendable. The breakfast has many varities of food too. However, the condition of room was not good. See the pictures. The sofa and the chair both had torn upholstery and had visible old dirty stains on them. The management can't ignore that if they want to provide luxury experience. One suggestion, there should be chairs and small table in the balcony to enjoy tea, snacks and relax. In the absence of it, the balcony space becomes more or less useless.

While the property as well as the amenities and activity are great and a must visit, the management, especially the front desk team lacks training and experience in hospitality. One would expect the hospitality personnel to have empathy and human touch with a customer first approach than merely being transactional nature. All the request made (outside what was paid for) were turned down. 1) There were hardly 10-15 people in the resort on a friday we checked in, yet any request for a better room/upgrade was not entertained despite it being vacant. 2) we asked for empty plates since we had got home food having special dietary preferences, and we are told empty plates are chargeable (a first of its kind and never felt more insulted at this gesture at any of the top hotels i have stayed in) 3) we asked for complimentary room decor for a child's birthday (nothing fancy, merely 5 baloons), we were told this was chargeable at Rs. 4000/- 4) water park first we were told it is closed during monsoons. Then they said they would operate it only if there were min. 20 people the following day. We came here esp. for the water park and felt disappointed. Guess the mantra at this place is, you will get only what you have paid for. Ask for anything extra, they will charge you for even having breathed some extra oxygen from their atmosphere. Every other thing is chargeable here. Very bad hospitality experience, i felt embarassed having insisted my friends to book this resort in Daman over other properties like Gold beach or Praveg.

Everything is fine and good. Excellent service. Food quality also excellent. Rooms are very clean. Very responsive staff. Swimming pool is big enough and very clean. Very nice place for family. Safe place. Parking spaces are good enough.

It was memorable trip and mirasol people took really Good care of us. Food and breakfast was nice and enough options was there. Water park experience was Refreshing. Enough rides for all ages. Also the food spread was nice. Mini train boating experience was Different for such type of place. Really had a gr8 time.

All the facilities provided were Excellent.... Room service and alll staff members are Helpful and very kind natured.. Very Very good experience over here... Great place... Great people... Once in a while plz must visit this place.... All staff members were great people.. They were welcoming and answering with big smile... Room, Water park, Rides and garden.. Superb place to visit... Thank you all for your kind service..
