Standard hotel and average on everything

Gostei, empregados do hotel muito acessíveis e educados. Gostzria de ficar hospedada durante um fim de semana, é o único tempo disponível que tenho para usufruir do hotel e visitar( conhecer) Santarém . O pequeno almoço é o essencial, no entanto poderia melhorar um pouquito. Atenciosamente, Carla C.

Hotel para familias o trabajo. Zona muy tranquila y sin problema para aparcar. Habitaciones correctas con cama muy cómoda. Piscina exterior con zona para tomar el sol y un chiringuito para tomar algo. Gimnasio con variedad de máquinas y piscina interior. Desayuno abundante pero el café no era bueno, para estar en Portugal.

Quarto espaçoso estava com os moveis com pó e a alcatifa ja viu melhores dias o botão do autoclismo estava avariado e tinhamos que andar as voltas com o botão para ele desencravar ou fechar a água. Quanto ao pequeno almoço era bom

Room was nice and spacious. Clean also. Wifi was not so strong. Breakfast was not worth 4 stars. Multiple websites where you can book this hotel states there is a sauna. There is NO sauna. Inside pool is hot water, but not nicely decorated. You don’t want to relax there.

Very clean and comfortable hotel room, huge bed, and all things in the room are modern and working. The restaurant for dinner was delicious and a good selection of food, a large variety and options for breakfast also. All staff very warm and friendly to a non-Portuguese speaker.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are sufficiently large, spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant offers a lot of different dishes at a fair price. The selection at breakfast is large and something for everyone.

Beautiful grounds, very private . Breakfast was wonderful ! Room was great with kitchen. Very comfortable !

The hotel doesn't rank as a 4 star in my opinion, and I travel a lot. The carpet in the room was filthy but the bed was clean and very comfy. The entire place felt a bit dated. However, the front desk staff was lovely and helpful. If you like peace and quiet in your room during the day, this isn't the place. The housekeepers are banging doors and yelling/laughing constantly from around 9 AM until 4 PM. Typical complimentary breakfast for a hotel in Portugal. Nice pool.

It’s the second time we chose this hotel for our family gathering. Perfect location, big pool, nice rooms, and friendly and accommodating service. We always have a fun time here. The pool area has a snack bar and it gets very busy during lunch time with only one person working who has to run to the kitchen to get the food orders leaving the bar area unattended. But she did an amazing job despite being there by herself!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice with good choice for all tastes. We stayed only one night, didn’t eat in hotel in the evening as there is a great choice of restaurants locally. Gym and inside pool seams great but I didn’t use it.
