Convenient, large and secure parking, good for walking

Very helpful staff

Lots of car parking, good location for us close to the airport, self check in was quite straightforward and room was as you’d expect although the window frame was showing a lot of mould. Couldn’t get a suitable table for dinner as first one available wasn’t until 745 and we had an early start so went out (which was easy to drive to). Breakfast was the usual spread but disappointing that some of the hot buffet items were cold (fried eggs, tomatoes and the bacon even though it had just come out)

Me and my daughter stayed here for One night as we were attending a concert at BP Pulse live. Check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and spacious with a TV. All staff members we met were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to BP Pulse live and resorts world. It's also around a 25 minute walk to the train station depending on your mobility. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to cut through the NEC from the station to the hotel though without cutting through some restricted pedestrian access areas but you can walk up the footpath alongside the main road. Breakfast was lovely in the morning as well.

Great hotel to stay if you have an early flight away and/or a late one back. Check in quick and easy both times at the new screens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Always a comfy bed so a good sleep. The new restaurant The Social is really nice, food was good and the prices reasonable. Staff around if you need them and they were all friendly and helpful. Quick 5 min drive to the airport car parks.

Well Done Premier Inn for employing excellent staff! My sister and I were attending the NEC and stayed overnight. We are both Coeliac, at breakfast Denise couldn't have been more helpful. She was amazing, friendly and professional, took our order into the kitchen and it was cooked fresh by the Chef Timmy avoiding all cross contamination! Thank you so much - Denise & Timmy you were amazing. See you in November when we are back at the NEC once again! Jane & Sally
