Very helpful staff

Staff are great, the room itself was disappointing, the cleanliness was very bad, but some staff did their best to rectify it, it was still not as clean as it should be, the first bed was great, roomy and comfortable, our second room the bed was way too low down and not comfortable at all. Anyone with allergies is left with a very limited menu, but still charged full price, dinner was the worst, at least at breakfast the chef cooked all my food separately. The staff were amazing though, especially Denise, Delano, Courtney and Ross, unfortunately I cant remember everyone's name. The hotel also boasts that it is the Premier inn Birmingham NEC and Aiport hotel, but we had to get a taxi twice a day because it's miles away with no buses going anywhere near it.

Very clean throughout, staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome, room was great and had both a nice deep bath and a rainfall shower, very comfy bed and the food was great too. Overall a very pleasant 2 night stay, would thoroughly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here for a business trip. Definitely the best Premier Inn I've been to. It was modern and welcoming and well structured. Food was good and everything went seamlessly. Would stay here again if I was in the area. The staff were very kind, too.

Service have been amazing! Place is welcoming, clean and spacious. We also had dinner and everything was lovely!We had to stay after losing our flight and Gigi has been lovely, very helpful and ready to help us at all times! We are very happy! Thank you so much.
