The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

Group tour. Hotel room is fine. TV doesn't work at all. Shower good. Food diabolical. Maybe it because we are part of a group tour, but it was so bad. Pasta starter was actually very good, but all persons in the group were dished up differing amounts. Main course consisted of a small slice of cold veal in a marsarla sauce this two or three thin slices of cold courgette, and if lucky a cold slice of aubergine. But only cold as served on cold plates and the meals had been sitting there a while! Then the dessert came out. What a joke. Slices of orange with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top. Hands down to this hotel for the worse meal I've ever been served up. Cosmos holidays - please don't choose this hotel or ones like it again. Will probably put me off of touring with them again!

Pros: + friendly staff + nice pool + vending machines with snacks and drinks located in the hall + good localization nearby old city Cons: - poor AC - poor choice of savory food at breakfast - no fridge in the room

Large hotel with huge car park and seems out of place in its location surrounded by mainly electrical shops Modern rooms that are well maintained but need more plug sockets for modern travelling (believe hotel is 30+ years old) Recently refurbished bathroom but small cubicle on the shower itself Lovely new linen and towels but curtains definitely need replacing and didn’t pull properly, didn’t meet in middle and several hooks missing Wi-Fi very good Staff were really polite and helpful Lots of students staying when we were and they definitely need more lifts and more modern lifts Corridors have the automatic lights which are very slow to react Breakfast was good with the best fresh orange juice we had in all of Sicily. Better than usual coffee from their machines, good choice of bread, cakes and pastries (too good as too many and ate lots), fresh fruit and yoghurt

We spent a night at this hotel while travelling across Sicily and found it to be convenient and comfortable. Hotel rooms are quiet, clean and have all the amenities necessary. A good continental breakfast is available. There is also free WiFi and parking available on the premises. Staff are courteous and helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre or a short car / taxi ride. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia scuola, siamo stati per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Il cibo non era per niente buono infatti metà di noi hanno mangiato solo pasta in bianco, l'aceto sulla carne era melmoso,più compagni si sono sentiti male o hanno vomitato, i camerieri sbuffavano e molti erano sgarbati. Per la colazione c'erano poche cose e la "nutella" era scaduta. Le stanze non erano male e i letti comodi. In conclusione non sono stata soddisfatta dalle mie aspettative.

Viaggio d'istruzione con un pernottamento, una cena e un pranzo: 1 Punti di debolezza: personale a tratti scortese (particolarmente gli addetti al ristorante). 2 Punti di forza: nessuno. È stata uno sforzo immane aggiungere un posto a un tavolo...:(
