Hotel parfait pour passer des cours séjours. Je recommande pour les petites famillles.ambiance parfaite pour les enfants, staffs souriant et conviviale.

I recently stayed at Wazo Hotel in Marrakech for a couple of nights during a business trip, and I have to say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Firstly, the customer service is abysmal. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my charger in the room. I called the hotel multiple times, and every single time, I was passed from one person to another, only to be hung up on in the end. When they didn't hang up on me, they would say, "Give us a minute, we will call you back right away," but they never did. Sometimes they wouldn't even pick up, and I never received a call back or any assistance in retrieving my charger. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is astonishing. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this experience was beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly never stay here again. If you value your belongings and expect even a modicum of customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid Wazo Hotel. --- Ps. I have changed a very positive review after an experience that I had months ago. I guess they decided to lower their standards and stopped caring about customer satisfaction.

We spent 2 nights here at the end of a tour. The Wazo is a modern hotel, mainly used by tour groups. It is located on the outskirts of Marrakech, with little to do in the vicinity. Our room was fine, apart from a broken safe. After going to bed we realised the room was above the hotel's nightclub. The music went on to 1.45 a.m. The hotel restaurant was totally chaotic. There were shortages of crockery and cutlery at every one of our four meals there. Food trays were slow to be replenished which meant long waits. Once we came back from the buffet to find that the waiting staff had removed our drinks. On another occasion they took away our cutlery. The choice of food was limited and the quality of it in need of major improvement. The Wazo was not of a standard that I would expect on a Tui holiday.

I wanted to give this 3.5/5 but I have to round it up. Pros : - Clean rooms and sheets - Comfortable beds - Nice swimming pool - Good restaurants - Friendly staff Cons: - The AC was not working in my room, a bit of an issue in Marrakech, I had to leave the windows open which was a tad bit noisy at times. - A bit noisy at night - Breakfast was very bland and there weren't many options IMO

I rarely write less than favourable reviews BUT the Wazo Hotel tested my patience. After a 3 night stay my comments are - Some (not all) front desk staff are disinterested in their roles and customers and it shows. A noisy nightclub affects nearby rooms badly until about 1am. Housekeeping consistently forgot to leave bath towels in the room. Breakfast was the poorest we experienced in Morocco. Showers were only ever lukewarm. On the upside - The rooms are well laid out and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms at the rear of the hotel are quiet. It did have a nice pool area. It is also important to note that the centre of Marrakech is a taxi ride away. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk. An A** is nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Most of the staff don't speak English! Very poor breakfast and dirty tables.No pool towels, the manager gave me a dirty one after I was waiting for 3 hours !!! Outside - the blue sofas rest area - nobody cleaned it for 3 days... When I asked for coffee cups ,they told me that they didn't have any !!! Builders work during the day....Too far away from the centre. No balcony, the view from our room was the wall !! We fave a family room with 2 bathrooms, but only the one with hot water!! The negatives are more than the positives for the hotel.No change for the second visit .

We had two good quiet nights in this place. The building is quite modern and spacious, one marvels why there are so many faults in the interior such as poorly assembled tiles on the walls or gaps in the laminate on the floor. Nevertheless, rooms are clean, beds are good, service welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner buffet with a good variety of food which was tasty. Nice bar area with garden space. It‘s far away from the city centre!
