I recently stayed at Wazo Hotel in Marrakech for a couple of nights during a business trip, and I have to say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Firstly, the customer service is abysmal. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my charger in the room. I called the hotel multiple times, and every single time, I was passed from one person to another, only to be hung up on in the end. When they didn't hang up on me, they would say, "Give us a minute, we will call you back right away," but they never did. Sometimes they wouldn't even pick up, and I never received a call back or any assistance in retrieving my charger. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is astonishing. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this experience was beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly never stay here again. If you value your belongings and expect even a modicum of customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid Wazo Hotel. --- Ps. I have changed a very positive review after an experience that I had months ago. I guess they decided to lower their standards and stopped caring about customer satisfaction.
