Trải nghiệm cá nhân của tôi là tệ. Từ RIAD ở Morocco có nghĩa là một ngôi nhà truyền thống của Morocco với một sân nhỏ, một khu vườn hoặc một hồ nước nhỏ ở giữa; với các phòng xung quanh trên hai, ba hoặc bốn tầng. Trang niêm yết ghi rằng; 'Có bãi đậu xe tại chỗ' KHÔNG có bãi đậu xe ở đây vì ngôi nhà này nằm trên một con phố hẹp nhỏ. Tôi đã thuê một chiếc ô tô, vì vậy khách sạn này chắc chắn không dành cho tôi. Sau đó, trang niêm yết ghi, 'Quầy lễ tân 24 giờ'.. KHÔNG có biên lai ở đây, chứ đừng nói đến 'bàn làm việc'.. bạn phải gõ mạnh vào cánh cửa gỗ phía trước để có người mở cửa từ bên trong. Một bà lão mặc trang phục truyền thống đã mở cửa cho tôi nhưng không nói được một từ tiếng Anh nào. Vợ tôi và tôi đứng trên phố trong khi bà ấy gọi điện cho ai đó đến phiên dịch. Vì vậy, đó là một tuyên bố sai sự thật khác trên trang niêm yết. Vòi hoa sen, bồn cầu và chậu rửa được xếp cạnh nhau trong một không gian nhỏ. Bộ đồ giường cũ kỹ và trông không sạch sẽ. Trang niêm yết nêu rõ DỊCH VỤ LỄ TÂN: ’Đổi tiền, Dịch vụ lễ tân, Dịch vụ nhận phòng VIP, Nhận phòng và trả phòng nhanh’ KHÔNG CÓ ĐIỀU NÀY LÀ ĐÚNG; không có lễ tân nào ở đây. Đây là một ngôi nhà truyền thống của người Maroc, KHÔNG CÓ TÊN của Khách sạn nào được viết bên ngoài ngôi nhà! Cực kỳ khó tìm. Một người đàn ông địa phương nhìn thấy tôi ‘có vẻ lạc lõng’ và yêu cầu năm đô la để đưa tôi đi bộ đến khách sạn này. Vợ tôi và tôi cảm thấy không an toàn cả bên trong và bên ngoài khách sạn này. Tôi đã đặt phòng ba đêm nhưng không ở lại dù chỉ một giờ. Tôi rời khỏi nơi này và tìm thấy một khách sạn thoải mái và an toàn khác không xa trung tâm thành phố. Tôi muốn nhấn mạnh rằng đây là trải nghiệm cá nhân của tôi; tất nhiên những người khác sẽ có ý kiến riêng của họ về khách sạn này. Tôi chắc chắn KHÔNG GIỚI THIỆU khách sạn này cho bất kỳ ai. TÔI SẼ KHÔNG BAO GIỜ Ở LẠI ĐÂY NỮA
ƯU ĐIỂM: Vòi sen nước nóng tốt: Internet nhanh. Nhân viên ở mức trung bình. Các cửa hàng địa phương đẹp rất gần
NHƯỢC ĐIỂM: Trang trí rất cũ kỹ, lỗi thời.
Không cung cấp chìa khóa cửa trước nên thường bị kẹt bên ngoài trong vài phút
Địa điểm ăn sáng nằm trên tầng 3 của tòa nhà.
Nếu bạn gặp vấn đề về khả năng di chuyển, bạn sẽ không thể đi cầu thang.
Bữa sáng rất cơ bản, nhàm chán, giống nhau mỗi ngày
(không thoải mái khi ăn trong hòa bình vì ong bắp cày và ong bay khắp nơi).
Phòng tắm nhỏ một cách lố bịch.
Phải trèo qua bồn cầu để vào vòi hoa sen. Vòi hoa sen tràn ra khắp sàn phòng tắm.
Nơi rất ồn ào. Các phòng ở tầng trệt có quá nhiều người. Những tháng mùa hè đầy trẻ em la hét.
Bể bơi nước lạnh như băng.
Nơi rất rẻ, tiện nghi kém 3/10

房間有浴缸，因為不是連接的，所以很安靜，早餐也比較豐富，非常有摩洛哥特色，服務也非常不錯，就是有點難找

The location is great and the building is beautiful. The cleaning lady is kind and always with a smile. However the place is badly managed. The linen has holes and the towels are falling apart. There is no closet or place to hang clothes. The electrical connections are positively dangerous. We had to supplement the breakfast which was basically a croissant, bread and jams and tea or coffee. Orange soda pop. Very disappointing place. The bathroom is so tiny one cannot enter and use it except sideways. The "managers" are almost always asleep and are not consistent in answering queries. Sometimes helpful othertimes rude and unresponsive. They demanded the hotel tax immediately upon arrival. No receipts given. Only cash accepted. I will not return. Book somewhere else. I gave it 3 stars because of the lication.

Our person who served food etc was super friendly and helpful . Always smiled and the lady who cleaned rooms always had a smile ready to give. The rooms, although basic were always clean and the broadband was fast. Very happy in general with our stay

Clean,Tucked away just off the main road the location of this riad is great, we had a 4 night 3 day break, close to tourist attractions, friendly staff, Mohammad and Jamal were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady, was a joy, despite our language barrier, she was helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the roof terrace was a bonus, lovely setting for breakfast, relaxing with a book or a cold drink during the day/ evening. Downside: bathrooms are small but on the whole, I don't think it really mattered as they were in good working order. A/C was a godsend during the night time. Pretty, quaint and charming. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 weeks at the riad and had a great time! All the staff were super nice and helpful! Mohamed and jamal specially made us feel like family and always made sure everything was pertaining to. We will comeback for sure. Also, great breakfast

When we arrived at the Riad we were told that the room wasn’t available and we were moved to another Riad for one night. Jamal who took us was lovely & he collected us the next morning to take us to the Riad. The first room we were put in had a 3/4 bed in it, we were 2 friends sharing. Due to the fact we were originally staying for 7 nights I spoke to Jamal about the unsutiable arrangements and we swiftly swapped rooms. The two rooms in which we had were very small. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny and neither myself (5’6) nor my friend (5’3) could sit comfortably on the toilet, we had to sit sideways which, especially for myself (disabled) wasn’t great. The beds we got had loose bolts on which luckily enough I spotted and tightened. Cleanliness standards were okay but there were occasions where we found rogue black hairs on our towels etc (Blonde and a red head). Breakfast was okay, simple we were offered tea & coffee daily. No water. The swimming pool area was okay but we did find it lacked privacy & it was where people were seated when they checked in. Another thing was noise carried, there were a group of middle aged French people who were rowdy and rude at all hours of the day. I was woken up multiple times each night because of this. Location wise this Riad was great! Located in the Kasbah area it had plenty of things to see and do just a short walk away. We decided to cut our holiday short and returned home after just 4 nights due to myself not coping. In all, I think this Riad would be suitable for young people who don’t mind roughing it. The basic amenities were there. Hot water, breakfast, AC. Thank you Jamal for looking after us!
