Magnifique hotel Propre , personnel aimable et professionnel Situé au meilleur quartier de Marrakech

The hotel is top in the town. Best location, the rooms are clean and quiet. Abderrahim is very polite and super helpful . He helped me with most of my tours and made sure everything is OK. Hakema always meets you with her beautiful smile at the entrance. Over all Amazing Experience!!! Recommended !!!

Hotel sencillo en cuanto a prestaciones de un hotel grande pero todo lo qué ofrece es espectacular. Cerca andando de la plaza, situado en la zona nueva de la ciudad y el personal super amable. Todos los años repito hotel por este tipo de características.

Was an ideally located hotel but slightly tired. Also we booked the room for 3 adults and had to constantly ask for a third set of everything.

Hotel bien situé, personnel agréable, mais évitez de prendre une chambre au 6 etage car très bruyant le soir, à cause de la musique du rooftop étage 7.(difficile de dormir ).Avons mangé au 7e étage, et le DJ, regardait la Tv, et laissait la musique ultra forte alors qu'il n y avait personne ..... Ce point est vraiment à revoir., surtout vu le prix des chambres

Disappointed in this hotel which used to have a great reputation. The rooms and bathroom are getting old. The bed was not comfortable: 2 twins poorly made into a Queen, not worth the price. Air conditioning was too loud. No service elevators: Staff member used elevators so often that we ended up having to use the stairs most of the time. Parking is essentially a street parking: difficult to in a busy area of town (The valet service makes up for it somewhat). Gym area was not air conditionned: too hot to be used in a 30C+ weather. The only positive was the service quality and the helpfulness of the staff members.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel mal grès les catastrophes le Personel était aux petits soins.

Thiis hotel is in a great location and the rooms are big, The rooms need a good cleaning. And it smelled like a party happened in it the night before. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the property was safe and close to the airport. If you’re on a budget and you wanna be in a walkable area outside of the Medina, you can get through a couple of nights here.

Очень понравилось. Рекомендую, если остаетесь на 3-4 ночи. Так что такие дела. Персонал на уровне. Очень рекомендую при заселении приезжать в назначенные сроки бронирования.

Très bon hôtel juste un peu bruyant à cause des travaux mais sinon très bien

Personnel très accueillant efficace mais malheureusement des travaux partout sur les routes et dans l’hôtel les travaux qui vous réveille à 8h du matin . Hôtel très bruyant la nuit! Petite déjeuner non varié. Loin d’être un 5etoiles.
