Nos decidimos por este Riad porque vimos que tenia piscina en las fotos que aparecen, la sorpresa fue al llegar que no existía, aún así al enseñar la foto a la chica de la recepción nos ofreció poder ir a darnos un baño a otro Riad de un conocido que estaba cerca; la chica fue maja y ofreció soluciones la aplicación trip debería mantenerse actualizada y con fotos reales en lo que ofrece.

Muy buena experiencia, la decoración muy típica marroquí , muy limpio y habitaciones con todo lo necesario , fuimos tres amigas y dormimos en la habitación de la terraza y estuvimos muy a gusto , incluye el desayuno , bollería marroquí , está muy cerca de la plaza , pero lo mejor , abdel el chico que nos atendió , muy amable y ayudándonos en todo , incluso al final que tuvimos que pagar algo y no aceptaban tarjeta , importante hay que llevar efectivo y no se puede hacer checkin online en el aeropuerto , hay que sacar tarjeta de embarque física

Propre, confortable, Riad très bien situé pour visiter les sites importants. un bon petit déjeuner et surtout un très bon accueil. Nous avons passé en famille un très bon séjour. Merci à Mohamed et Imane pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 16 al 20 febbraio. Il riad è in una zona ben collegata, piena di locali, a 400 metri da Jemaa el-Fna e vicinissimo alla Medina. Si attraversa la strada e si entra nel Mellah, il quartiere ebraico. Molto pulito, in una via laterale che lo rende molto silenzioso, malgrado a pochi metri il traffico di Marrakech regni sovrano. Palais Bahia e le Tombe Saadiane a pochi metri. La ns camera era all'ultimo piano (camera Viola), molto grande ed ottima per 3 persone, bagno grande e terrazza da vivere, a pochi metri dalle cicogne di Palais Badi. Buona colazione, wifi ottimo, molte info da parte dei simpaticissimi ed altissimi Hassan e Zakaria.

Chambre propre et bien décorée. Bon accueil et personnel à l'écoute pour rendre service. Petit-déjeuner sympa et varié. Bonne cuisine pour le dîner qu'il faut réserver. Fraîcheur du lieu si la météo est pluvieuse...

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Los propietarios cancelaron mi reserva unos días antes de mi llegada porque no accedí a pagar un suplemento del +100% del precio inicial solicitado por la plataforma de reservas. Una pesadilla que no le desearía a nadie. Un consejo: evita este riad. La plataforma no podrá hacer nada por ti... tendrás que encontrar una solución por tu cuenta. Un sueño que se convierte en pesadilla.

Une sale et amère expérience..Le meilleur conseil est de fuir ce riad et ceux gérés par la même équipe si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances. Les propriétaires vous envoient un message quelques semaines avant votre arrivée, vous demandent de payer un supplément (+1700 €!!!, Soit au total plus du double du prix initial de la plateforme de réservation ) si vous voulez qu'elle reste active. Ils prétextent que le prix vendu par cette plateforme était erroné !! et que ça ne suffit pas pour lui..et qu'il ne peut pas payer ses employés..!! Il faut savoir que la réservation a été validée plus de 4 mois avant ..et j'ai payé la moitié du prix ( presque 1000 €).... Ils modifient le prix, vous recevez un message vous demandant d'accepter ou refuser. En refusant, votre réservation est annulée automatiquement. Ensuite, vous contactez la plateforme qui vous informe que les hôtes ont le plein droit d'annuler...et vous conseillent gentiment de rechercher un autre logement.

Nous étions 10 copines en EVJF et nous avons privatisé le Riad de Franck pour l'occasion. Que dire ? Merci ! Merci à Franck qui nous a bien aidé dans l'organisation des activités, merci à Fatima notre ange gardien sur place qui faisait tout son possible pour nous aider, nous arranger ! Merci aux cuisinières qui nous ont concoctées de merveilleux repas (tajine, couscous royal et petits déjeuné). Le Riad n'a peut-être pas de piscine mais il est magnifique, sur plusieurs étages avec terrasse et rooftop au dessus des toits de Marrakech ! Situé à 5min de la place JAMAA EL FNA. Si on devait résumer nous avons toutes passé un excellent séjour au Riad Al Wafaa et à Marrakech et nous y retournerons. Encore merci à Fatima et à Franck pour tout ! Ava & Camille, les témoins.

Riad vicino al centro e in zona tranquilla. Accoglienza estremamente gentile e totale disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Camera spaziosa sul terrazzo, pulita e confortevole. Colazione un po' scarsa ma ok. Consigliato per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
