Staff were hospitable and the food taste good with different varieties lots of fun within the hotel

Great hotel great location. The food was great but the only things are the all inclusive drinks.

Hotel is mediocre and definitely not 4*, I’d say closer to 2*+ or 3*. We arrived at 9:30pm and the coach was too big to get to the hotel so we had to walk 5 mins to get to hotel without k owing where we was going. check in was quick and they took as straight to the restaurant for food which was good of them. The restaurant was like feeding time at the Zoo. Plenty of food but once it was gone they served no more. The Moroccan people albeit it friendly literally eat everything in site and pipe their plates high filling their table with food so no wonder it goes quickly. There is a pizza and chip bar outside but be prospered to queue for that as it’s very popular. All inclusive drinks are very poor and literally limited to Beer. Wine, cheap vodka and whisky and soft drinks. If you want decent drinks and cocktails you have to pay and these average at £10 per drink. Hotel has good daytime entertainment with several pools and water park which was good. Entertainment team literally make the hotel and are extremely friendly and polite. The hotel rooms are very basic with single beds pushed together to make a double bed, a small fridge and rubbish hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms are very tired and grim and the showers were poor but the bed was firm and comfy so for somewhere just to sleep we got by. We was in room 800 and something and it’s a long walk from main hotel but next to water park. Hotel has cash machine which was handy but quite pricey to use. Don’t pay more than 150deh into Marrakech and there is a night rate for taxis but you can tell them what you want to pay. Medina in Marrakesh is defo worth a visit for traditional street food or try the Nommos restaurant which does live entertainment from 10pm which was great.

Me and the family went for one week and that was long enough due to the variety of food. The hotel/rooms were clean and tidy every day. We found the reception staff didn’t seem to welcoming. The water park was basic with only handful of slides- there is a shortage of inflatables so had to wait for a little while to get one and then give it back and wait again. The entertainment staff were AMAZING! However we did notice the French staff didn’t pay any attention to any English guest. But you can still see how hard they worked and how others enjoyed their Company. The English entertainment were outstanding and made our holiday, especially JOE RICCO KIMO and SPEED. The children loved them, they included us and children in everything they did and always had a smile and time to talk to us. They all work very hard and long hours and their energetic enthusiasm didn’t dim!

Review of the hotel The hotel in general is clean and tidy; some areas could use a bit of TLC, but everything is functional. There are quite a few steps between different areas across the hotel; this was a bit of a pain with one member of our party being in a wheelchair, but all areas are accessible; just might have to take a slightly longer route. Some slopes are steep and slippery, so care is needed. There are plenty of bars scattered around with a mixture of drinks available, something for everyone, and nobody went without. Rooms are clean and tidy, could do with a bit of updating. The bed was comfortable; the mattress was on the firm side but has no issues getting my head down, nor my wife or daughter. The TV we didn’t use at all; as expected, we couldn’t find an English channel, but this didn’t bother us. The balcony was good with chairs and a table. The main concern in the room was the locking mechanism of the balcony door; this was simply a latch, although it was tight and no one could get it. I would have felt safer with a locking mechanism on the door. The balcony, for us being on the ground floor, was open onto a grass area, so anyone could walk around. The last issue we had for the room was the AC; we couldn’t work out how to make it cool enough for us Brits. If I was being picky, there was nowhere to dry your swimwear on the balcony. Restaurant Breakfast - breakfast is served from 0700-1000 and I would give it a mixed review. The food is okay as long as you have a happy eating continental breakfast, including pastries, fruit, and omelettes. There is a selection of detox juices available, including mint, orange, lemon, carrot, and beetroot. I would recommend the freshly cooked donuts. Lunch and dinner, I have grouped together; they are very similar; there is an outside cooking area where there are chips and burgers, etc., all cooked fresh. Inside there is a selection of food; there is always something to eat, but compared to other all-inclusive resorts, this feels a greater selection could be on offer. I did find all the food areas within the restaurant all over the place and tend to find by the time you have found your what you want, your food in your plate is cold. You are always offered water for the table and wine but no other drink which we found quite strange but you can always go to the bar although in another area you can go and get what ever you want. Facilities - The swimming pool is very nice with no complaints, this pool is not heated but once you are in you warm up. There is an aqua park on site although some walk away. I would use the term ‘aqua park’ loosely there are approx 5 slides some of which were not working each day and be prepare to wait for rubber rings which are required on a few of the slides as there is only a few. Also having to carry them up 4 flights of stairs can be difficult. I would recommend this hotel, but only if you’re open-minded. The entertainment team and staff primarily cater to the

I stayed here for a week and had the best time ever, it was my first time abroad and I couldn’t have gone to a better hotel in my opinion. The food was delicious and the rooms were just as gorgeous as the rest of the resort and all of the staff were so kind and patient especially the entertainment staff, I have to give a big shout out to Joe, Moe and Ricco, all three boys made an effort to check on their guests including us everyday and had me up on the dance floor every night, they always had me laughing and smiling and I can’t wait to go back in the future and boogie some more with them! ❤️
