Super friendly staff, especially Khalid. FANTASTIC food and in a great location close to the market. I highly recommend this Riad, especially as it has a roof top pool which is rare for Marrakech. We had an incredible time here and I will visit again

If I said it was an oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of the hive of activity that are the souks of Marrakesh I do not think I would be doing it justice. Riad72 is tucked away off the main souks and once you step through that door you enter a palace of tranquility and calm that is much needed. Stephanie and her team are incredible, so friendly and attentive, so polite and happy to see you its really makes you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, its a sea of calm, its faultless. The rooms are incredible, I said in both the deluxe and standard and both are impeccable, the deluxe with its private terrace. The restaurant is superb, I ate here, the food is excellent, the service is also superb. Th breakfast is a fresh mix of local foods, its honestly incredible. I honestly can say that its one of the best, if not the best hotel's I have stayed in, I think you can tell I am a fan. So if you are planning a trip to Marrakesh, this is a must as it will revitalize your system after a day in the bustle of a very busy Marrakesh. 12/10.

We had a great stay at riad 72. The place, the staff and the personal touches were all faultless. We felt instantly welcome. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities were perfect and the food was delicious. To top it all off the staff were brilliant! 6 of us (3couples) stayed at Riad 72 and all 6 of us have said that we would love to return. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed at the Riad 72 for 4 nights on our first visit to Marrakech. From check in to check out the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and professional. It is well located within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the souks and the main square. Breakfast was a delicious and filling spread of nutritious options that kept us going on our all - day tours. I especially want to extend a special thanks to the manager and her staff for their assistance in setting up my birthday photo shoot. The manager found and scheduled a professional make-up artist for me at short notice. Staff were flexible with us as we moved some items around to get the perfect photos. Their roof top was a perfect setting to watch the sunset over the High Atlas mountains. Highly recommend for first time visitors.

Can’t recommend Riad 72 enough! From even before we booked, Stephania was prompt and helpful in answering questions and providing resources. Upon arrival she and her staff were friendly and attentive with attention to detail (for example, one waiter remembered after our first breakfast that my daughter doesn’t drink coffee). The staff also went above and beyond to help my daughter find a copy of The Little Prince, and were so excited to see it when she came back with it. Beautiful accommodations, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

We loved the hotel. The breakfasts were varied, always filling and delicious. The spa was fabulous and relaxing, the bedrooms were comfortable and luxurious, staff are all so friendly and helpful, the hotel areas are beautiful, tranquil and interesting, rooftop and pool is a perfect spot to lie in the sun and enjoy an afternoon cocktail or two. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at 72 Riad. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The breakfast courtyard was gorgeous and the rooftop area was one of our favorite places to go. Attention to detail was top notch. After busy days in Marrackech, 72 Riad was a comfortable, quiet oasis we were happy to return to.

We had a beautiful time here. The space is gorgeous and each room unique. We especially enjoyed the service we received from Joe the bartender. He was absolutely passionate about his work and provided top-notch service! Ask him about the white espresso martini!

Whether I needed extra towels, a late checkout, or assistance with a booking, my requests were handled promptly and with a smile. It was clear that the staff was dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience. What impressed me most was the staff’s cultural sensitivity and extensive knowledge of Marrakesh. They were able to provide valuable insights into the local culture and traditions, which enriched my experience in the city. Their fluency in multiple languages also ensured that communication was seamless and comfortable. Overall, my stay at Riad 72 in Marrakesh was made truly memorable by the outstanding customer service.
