Decent hotel room, but the sound proof sucks, we can basically hear the mosque calling prayer to pray or the breakfast commotion downstairs as our room is facing the swimming pool. There are two swimming in the hotel, one is a heated one which is nice, but they are not that deep. The Moroccan and Indian restaurants inside the hotel which we had tried are pretty good, but slow service.

Top hôtel with amazing service from absolutely everybody working there! Location is unbeatable and the property is ace. Room spacious and quiet despite overlooking the street. Great bar restaurants!

the hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people). Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people. The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong. Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

Отель очень понравился, мои друзья проходили мимо, заглянули и сразу влюбились настолько, что забронировали себе в нем проживание на несколько дней. Очень красивый дизайн, хорошее расположение.

Хорошее место. Рядом главная площадь Марракеша. Большой бассейн.

レストランも充実していて、フナ広場から徒歩3分の最高の立地です。お部屋も清潔で広いです。ジュニアスィート側の建物がおすすめです。

Superbe hotel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles. A 100m de la koutoubia et de la place jemma el fna. Le personnel est au petit soin, petit déjeuner en petit buffet mais très efficace et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Très bel hôtel. Piscines très agréables et spacieuses. La piscine sur le toit est très sympathique, on a l’impression d’être en pleine médina et en même temps c’est très reposant. La piscine du bas est très grande mais il y a pas mal de bruit en général. Nous avons eu la du à ce d’être surclassé à notre arrivée, ce qui était vraiment très plaisant. Le service est très bien, toutefois le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais le choix est assez restreint et c’est ce qui nous a le plus déçu. En bref une très bonne expérience :)
