It was a very good hotel? The staff are friendly, polite and prompt in responding to issues. Food is good Ambient is fantastic Entertainment is out of this world. I will definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Lsbranda

Nous avons adorer notre séjour à l’hôtel, il étais propre les chambres également et le repas délicieux on as bien bronzer et profiter de la piscine cependant la piscine étais très froide…..mais la joie y étais 1 semaine et vraiment pas déçu on reviendras

Amazing hotel in regards to the staff are so friendly and helpful! They make you feel welcome and you can see they take pride in the cleanliness! The shower in the hotel room is amazing, The rooms can be a bit noisy as could hear a baby crying for a few hours But that’s not a hotel fault! The pool was good and my son loved his time and found staff friendly and happy too! However I stayed for a week And even though I was all inclusive I had to order food in every night! The food options were really poor, And even when asked for a pizza with extra cheese The amount he gave me was for the serving of a 2 year old! And the pizza then came out burnt and he just didn’t seem to care! The food on the trip is the only thing that has dampened my experience! I noticed there were complaints about the food before hand and it surprises me that it hasn’t been addressed! For a country renowned for its great cooking I didn’t expect to have to keep ordering a McDonald’s to my hotel! Also in the morning they have a chef who makes fantastic omelettes, He kept me from being too hungry! On the last day they changed the chef and he didn’t have quite the same ability but all in all It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our week at the hotel, it has everything you need and the main asset of this hotel are the people. They were all very friendly, helpful and great to talk to. So much so that we wanted to leave tips, but there were no tip jars. Would be good to have these for the various areas so that people can leave tips easily. Overall the hotel rooms and common areas were clean which is obviously important. There are a few things that could be improved. It was sometimes hard to find a table in the restaurant at peak times, especially for 6 of us. At larger resorts they have radios and staff seat you at a table they know is free and has been cleaned and set. I think this would be a great idea here, as customers were getting frustrated, even at each other. On the first day another guest accused us of taking their table and belongings! I also think it could be better for the staff as guests would not take their frustrations out on them. I had read some reviews that were not happy with the food on offer and was a little worried. It’s not the vast choice you get at some larger hotels, but it’s more than adequate, we did not go hungry. Yes the younger, fussier ones were not so impressed, but it forced them to try new things, and there are plain options if they don’t want the more traditional dishes. There were always a few different meat and fish options, plus rice, potatoes, cous cous, aswell as a fresh salad bar, breads etc. I liked that the hotel provides towels for sun loungers. We were there in peak season so there was reserving of sunbeds every morning, with the popular areas taken before 7am, a small handful of people even left them out overnight! I know this is an issue everywhere and don’t want to make suggestions that put more work on the staff. But the sunbeds do need to be hosed down each day so it is important towels are not put on before this is done, or removed if put on before say 8am. The bus into the town centre is also a big bonus as not close enough to walk it, so was much appreciated and convenient that we didn’t have to organise taxis. We also did the excursion to the desert which was so much fun for all ages. We had a great holiday and there are good things about the hotel aswell as a few areas for improvement. Thank you to all at Labranda, they really made the holiday more enjoyable.
