Slow Restaurant service Needs more transparency and consistency when it comes to the trips and services they provide.

Customer service is very poor. They were supposed to refill the room with coffee and sugar which they dint and when asked for it, it took them forever to bring it. One time they never did. I had to go out and buy coffee

Although a bit dated the hotel still as character. The location is good near many local cafes ( no alcohol) but also many restaurants that do serve a beer as do nearly all the hotel bars. It’s also 5 minutes from Starbucks if that grabs your fancy. The hotel itself as a decent enough pool and the spa service I would recommend… if you like cats you will be happy as they playfully are all about the complex as they are everywhere. The hotel food is decent. But if you want a cheaper beer smack opposite there is a great local bar at half the price and definitely a good place to relax. You can walk to medina in a straight line in 15 minutes so no need to get a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Older, simple hotel. Good location at the top of Gueliz. Small pool, basic breakfast, helpful staff. Fair vfm.

The public areas are good but the room is very old and needs to renovate

Was very happy with location and service by staff the only improvement needed is cleanliness at some places, but for the price we paid it was really good.

Nous avons été déçus de l’accueil au début surtout après un tremblement de terre. Mais par la suite L’Hotel s’est révélé agréable. Surtout aziz des serviettes. La piscine est top, la chambre est bonne, les femmes de ménage sont cool il faudrait plus nettoyer un peu plus la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Climatisation tres fonctionnelle, Conclusion à recommander. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Séjour agréable a l’hôtel Diwane Personnel sympathique à l’accueil (Mehdi) et piscine très bien entretenue par Aziz

Bon hôtel que je recommande. Propre avec une literie confortable. Les femmes de ménages passent tous les jours. Les seuls bémols sont la douche ( calcaires ) et les fenêtres n'isolant pas assez le bruit extérieur.

Séjours agréables à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Chambre service et hospitalité au top !

Çalışanlar çok iyi güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin bulunduğu konum çok iyiydi. Otel eskiydi, oda da terlik, sabun,şampuan ve su ısıtıcı yoktu.Kahvaltı fena değildi ama çeşit çok azdı.

Personnel très serviable et pro. L’hôtel est bien situé, bon niveau rapport qualité prix

Staf au top. Un grand merci a Aziz et femme de chambre qui est au petit soin de chacun 👍
