皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌
嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人，
酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1，
基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂
個人入住體驗:
由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落，
而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲，
入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋
除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月)

❣️個人認為性價比低，除非你真係好想入去影相就可以住一晚，否則其實佢最靚嗰個位係酒店大堂，所以其實你只要訂位食飯就可以入去影了

高端的摩洛哥Riad設計 整體服務非常熱情且真誠 酒店內飾確如宣傳的那樣 可以閉眼沖 安全 進出都需要安檢 週末會有很多當地人進來 會略顯嘈雜

如果到馬拉喀什一定要住這間酒店。雖然是復刻了皇家風格，但是很美很豪華。一樓是庭院和客廳、歺廳，有一間小廚房，但是無爐具不可以煮食。二樓有兩間套房和一間起居室，三樓天台、游泳池，可以白天曬太陽，晚上看星空。

Royal Mansour is super luxury and among the finest Hotels in the world. The Riads are beautifully furnished and decorated. The private garden at our Riad was an oasis of peace. The spa Hammam Experience is heaven on earth. I highly recommend this trea**ent as well as massage. The spa therapists are all really excellent. We loved our butler Yassin who took care of anything we wanted and was super professional and responsive. The concierge team organized really fun activities for us each day and the tour guide Dris was so knowledgeable and nice. We enjoyed our outings and we are grateful for all of your help! We cannot wait to come back to the Royal Mansour!

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. The opulence here is beyond anything you can even imagine. Unless we return to Royal Mansour, we will never experience anything like this again in our lives. Everything, from the service, to check-in, to our escort to the Airport was beyond anything you can even comprehend. Look at my pictures. They only convey a vague impression of the opulence here.

I attended this hotel for a drink and nibbles. It is simply beautiful and I wish we were staying there. I wanted to write a review specifically because in such a luxurious place, I would never have expected the staff to be so kind to my very young children (2 and 4 years). They were extremely friendly, helpful and tolerant. I was especially impressed with a waiter called Adil, at the pool bar, who could not have been more charming. The hotel is very lucky to have such lovely staff.

This property and the staff are above and beyond other 5 star hotels and I'd give it six stars if that were possible. Our riad was well appointed, sumptuous and very comfortable. No detail was overlooked. The property had the feel of a spectacularly beautiful small village. We enjoyed meals at all four restaurants and were treated to excellent service and delicious food. Each one had unique decor and menu. Most of all, I would like to thank the staff for their help and concern. My husband had a very minor medical need which was addressed quite promptly. We could not have asked for a better experience and we hope to return.

We stayed for 4 nights in a premium Riad. The rooms are very spacious , well appointed but lack natural daylight. The bars are very nice although not for people who do not like smoking indoors. The restaurants were OK but very expensive for the quality. We dined out on 2 of the nights . The pool area was very nice but do not expect good service unless you are willing to tip generously (which is a constant theme throughout the hotel. I just wish they added a tip to the final bill. The team members are very nice, in the main, but do not seem to be trined on safety. When departing the hotel the team managed to close a Range Rover boot door on to my wife's head resulting in 8 stitches and a very painful head and neck that still is causing her problems. The hotel management have been very poor in responding to my emails and calls.

Most beautiful hotel in traditional Moroccan style. Rooms are exquisitely decorated and very clean. Hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended to experience this hotel while in Marakkech. I wished we had one extra night to enjoy it.
