Palais Mirage d'Atlas, Hôtel de Luxe & Spa

Our stay at this hotel (6th–10th June) was deeply disappointing due to consistently poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were mistaken for pool day guests and treated as such every single day, despite being paying hotel guests. Staff repeatedly questioned whether we were staying at the hotel, ignored us, and gave visibly better treatment to day visitors than actual guests. Service at the restaurant and bar was dreadful—every food and drink order was either delayed, forgotten, or completely ignored. One day we waited over an hour for a simple pizza and fries, and when we asked about the delay, staff pretended to be on the phone to avoid responding. Completely unacceptable. Even worse, the airport transfer we booked and paid a premium for through the front desk never showed up. We later found out it hadn’t even been booked. This caused a 45-minute delay and nearly made us miss our flight. Again, staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. This was by far the worst hotel service I’ve ever encountered—rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Given the amount we paid, we expected basic courtesy at the very least. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Came for the day pool pass and lunch experience. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very clean shower and toilet facilities. The two pools are very clean and nice temperatures. Food is superb. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Palais Mirage as two couples and had an absolutely wonderful time. The atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back — exactly what we were looking for. We spent our day relaxing in the sun by the beautiful pool, which was clean, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. Our hostess Samia, took really good care of all of us. We’ll definitely be back

Great pool, had a great day at this hotel using a pool day pass. The food on their lunch buffet is absolutely fabulous too and contains international and Moroccan cuisine. There's something for everyone here. A drive away from the Medina but worth the drive to relax out of the town.

What an amazing relaxing place with excellent staff who went out of their way for us! Food was incredible highly recommend the chicken salad. Me and my friends were made to feel very welcome and the service was excellent will definitely come again Very clean

Couldn’t be further away from the description and the rating - a place to skip! This place is very tired, far from the way the photos and images suggest. Breakfast is very limited, gym and activities have not been invested in years. Pool is freezing cold, and yes you can warm up in the small hot tub with 20-30 other people crammed in , if that is a vacation for you.
