Ebest location, best host... location is right beside bahia palace, near the atm and nese the pharmacy and about 10minute walk to the square... taxi stop is kist nearby... host is nice and wccomodating and soraks and undertstanda english well.. big plus was the small jacuzzi on the rooftop to be used in ur beck and call... props to the host of the place.. keep it up

Arrived late to the property but the night manager met us at the taxi rank to escort us to the property, smooth fast check in. Room was authentic and very comfortable, breakfast was served either on the roof terrace or salon, plentiful and freshly cooked pancakes. The team are friendly and very kind, nothing too much trouble. Jamal the owner was brilliant! He helped book restaurants and taxis for day trips, he really was super helpful. We will stay again and would highly recommend this Riad in the heart of the old town, close to the squares and markets.

Excelent location, 12m from the Place Jamaa Al Fna. The road that thakes you there is lovely. Good breakfast and very nice people, always helpful The mattress was a bit hard. Enjoyed it very much. Thank you

Upon arrival the staff were very nice. The place was missing 3 swimming pools, spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre as advertised on the *********** facilities list. In response the owner remarked that these were available down the road or the fitness centre was a 20 minute car journey away. These should not be listed if the facilities are not on site. We came as a group of friends had 2 rooms: one on the bottom floor and one on the top floor. The bottom floor’s air conditioner could have worked a lot better. On the top floor the toilet door lock did not work and there was a weird smell throughout our stay. All 3 or whatever wifis available were completely unusable on the top floor. The wifi was shocking all the way upstairs. The place should not advertise as having high speed wifi if this is not the case for even one room that is bookable. I have had breakfasts at many hotels and I have never been faced with being offered stale bread, one pancake and tea and coffee for breakfast. Upon request for more food such as eggs the staff seemed very reluctant to give more than 2 eggs between 7 of us per day at which point we were very disappointed with the stinginess. To take it further we had requested two bottles of water one morning and was charged €2 per bottle. Very odd for an ‘included breakfast’. One of the strangest breakfast policies I have ever witnessed. We also requested an extra towel one day for whatever reason. In response the owner threw a fit and complained for 15 minutes. Very weird behaviour. We also accidentally broke an ornament for which we were happy to pay for and reimburse. In response the owner shouted to us that he wanted €150. He later checked with the manufacturer its worth and revised this total to €50 an hour later. It was beyond all of us why he got so emotional and threw a fit and tried to overcharge us by €100 instead of being calm and checking first. In conclusion, the dishonesty with what was listed as available facilities, breakfast policies and handling of situations at the place brings the rating to what it is. A shame as the other members of staff apart from the owner were extremely friendly.

Quarto maravilhoso, camas confortáveis, difícil acordar com tanto conforto, o Sr. JAMMAL e muito simpático e nos indicou vários lugares ótimos para comer e fazer compras, me senti em casa. Vou voltar com certeza!!! Experiência única. Apaixonada pelo Marrocos!!!

Es perfecto, personal amable y simpático. Super buen trato por ellos, cocinera maravillosa y la persona que te atiende por la noche genial. ( Nour) Comida tradicional,espectacular de buena. Séjour au top auprès d’une équipe super bienveillante je recommande! L’établissement est très confortable ils ont fait les choses en grand. Les chambres sont confortables. Proche de la plage avec une merveilleuse vue!

Expérience du riad à faire👍 On y est comme à la maison avec un plus le service sur mesure, une cuisine maison🤤, un lit parfait pour appréhender les journées 🤩.La situation est idéale et les conseils de Djamel sont à suivre😉

Posizione ottima per girare il centro;la nostra stanza era al pianoterra vicino alla sala da pranzo e senza finestre (triste)i proprietari molto gentili e premurosi ,la colazione scarsissima e la jacuzzi mai aperta;con tanta concorrenza potrebbero migliorare
