Such a beautiful riad. It is centrally located and yet very quiet. This Riad gives you the vacation you want and need. The familially atmosphere and the loving attention for details are particularly outstanding. We would love to come back again. A huge thank you to the Team also!

Riad Livia offers the perfect oasis in the heart of bustling Marrakech. After an exciting bike tour through the chaotic streets and heavy traffic of the city, stepping into the Riad instantly transports you to another world. The fragrance of orange and cinnamon fills the air, and the lovingly designed interior, with an excellent eye for detail, creates an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Every wish is met with a smile, making it a true dream for any guest. Riad Livia is a small paradise where you can completely forget the hustle and bustle of the city.

Exceptionally clean, hospitality off the chart- nothing was too much trouble - kind and thoughtful staff - plunge pool was very welcome in 30 degree heat - breakfast on the terrace everyday was gorgeous. Lovely toiletries - pool towels as well as bathroom towels - just a chilled, easy relaxing oasis from the bustle of the city outside.

This place is amazing!! It has such a calm atmosphere. The room is beautiful! The roof is stunning. I also love the attention to detail everywhere. Breakfast was great and the staff is also super nice. I’m going to miss the sun beds on the roof!! Can’t wait to go back one day :)

Exceptional hidden gem. Only 5 rooms, on 3 floors. The top one is the best. Beautiful space in the various patios, a bed to lounge by the stars and moonlight, a small pool to stay fresh. The rooms are amazing and the bathrooms a dream. Decoration is of stunning tante na dit is all squeaky clean. The host, Hafsa is am exceptionnel kind and attentive (beautiful) young lady, who goes out of her way to please her visitors with flexibility and efficiency. She will print docs for you, change your prfers, bring the trays to your room, give you good advice for sports and even come and pick you up from the Parking in the Medina

Excellent staff especially Youdef who was friendly helpful and efficient. Room was a treat, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with all toiletries provided. A pool on the roof terrace provided a welcome after a day out. Breakfast filled us ready for the chaos which is Marrakech.

This is a small, five room riad in the middle of the Medina. The decor is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean! The best part about this riad is the Amazing staff! Mohamed, Hafsa, Hafid, the kind, cleaning lady, and the wonderful cook, make this riad a true gem in the city of Marrakesh! They made us feel like family! They were very accommodating to our requests, and everything was well organized and run professionally! Every day we awoke to a beautiful breakfast. The food was quite tasty. The dinner we had there was traditional and exceptional. I highly recommend staying at the Riad Livia if you get the chance!! I hope to be a guest here again! Jylinn

This is a must for anybody wanting true Marrakesh authenticity deep in the working heart of the city. A beautiful Riad with exceptional staff, roof terrace and very comfortable rooms. Here you will be greeted by either Hafsa or Mohammed who are absolutely first class. Every hotel should have somebody as good as these people. Also our driver Yesin who always managed to get his vehicle down the difficult streets to collect or drop us off. First class experience all round

My stay at Riad Livia was absolutely delightful! The rooms are stunning, with a perfect 10/10 decor. The rooftop offers a relaxing sun-soaked retreat and a refreshing dip in the water. The neighborhood is charming, with friendly and helpful locals. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. I felt at ease straight away. I would gladly return for another stay!
