Les Palmiers Boutique Hôtel & Spa

Unfortunately overall not a good experience. The facilities and room were nice (albeit the latter began to smell of waste water after a couple of days, which we understand from other reviews this is a known issue). At our check out on 1 February we were charged 3,000 dirham rather than 300 for an airport transfer. We suspect this was an honest mistake, but regardless led to an extremely frustrating (and at times bizarre) experience in order to receive a simple refund. It was only after countless phone calls and emails that our booking provider finally obtained the refund on our behalf on 8 April. Fellow travellers may wish to think carefully before staying here; the management behind this (premium) hotel is not at the level it reasonably should be. One shining light was Youssef who provided an excellent dining experience each evening.

Absolutely amazing stay at Les Palmiers it really has the WOW factor it absolutely blew us away. We stayed in Signac which had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and restaurant. It was a beautiful room with all the little touches you would expect from a five star boutique hotel. The interior design is stunning. The staff are so friendly, special thanks to Hamza who looked after us during our stay. I had the best hammam & massage I've ever had from Jamila she is absolutely incredible. The food was excellent we had breakfast and lunch. We have just left and are already thinking about when we will return, absolutely one of our favourite hotels ever.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL! Hamza is the kindest man I think I have ever met in my life. From the second we entered the hotel doors there was and is NOTHING this man cannot arrange or do for you. Our trip would not of been the same had Hamza not been my go to person for anything we needed or wanted to ask about. The entire management team and all the staff are walking talking angels. I mean this with the upmost conviction when I say that every single staff member is the most respectful and honest human being you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Upon entering you are shown around the amazing hotel personally, and greeted with nothing but smiles and without a doubt the best hospitality I have ever received anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, really when I say the pictures don’t compare to seeing it with your own eyes I truly do mean that. The pool areas, the hotel rooms, the bar area and communal seating areas. The restaurant is somewhat heavenly and can sit there all day just watching the world go by. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the different members of management and members of staff for everything they have done to make our trip so memorable. It has been nothing short of magical and a blessing to of met you all. If I could leave the score as 100/10 I would. We have enjoyed the holiday so much that on day 2 we booked to return to the hotel again and this time will be staying in the royal suite. The Spa treatments are incredible, both myself and my partner used the Hamman on our final day and it really did live up to all our expectations. The quality of the food and drinks are 100/10. I really have NOTHING to criticise or any bad words to say for anything regarding this hotel and it’s a huge credit to the owner for creating such a beautiful place and filling it with THE BEST STAFF AND PEOPLE from Marrakech. I really left feeling as if we’ve made friends here and again I cannot thank Hamza enough and I look forward to staying in touch and seeing you again next year inshallah. The hotel is beautiful and super confortable. The staff is the best: always available, caring and with great atention to detail to make you feel great. A special thank to Abdelali and Ismail that took great care of us at the restaurant and at the pool.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The rooms are stunning, the swimming pools are great and most importantly the staff are absolutely fantastic and extremely caring. Hamza and his team are superb. Felt extremely safe and well looked after. Would 100% recommend.

The place needs to decide if it’s a hotel with hotel service or a day time club ! Staff very friendly , super clean, hotel interior fabulous, rooms designed gloriously. Once the day club over and the loud music finished, which is literally everyday from 1 ish till day guests go , it’s like the place shuts, forgetting it’s guests that are staying . Spa open when you actually ask for a service. So you need to request at reception of ‘ hotel ‘ , then someone will come into hotel to give that service . Breakfast is absolutely unacceptable for this supposed boutique hotel and spa . Lunch is the same constantly, short menu . Evening meal we only had first night as we sat in a restaurant that appeared empty/shut . I shall not return sadly . When you book 6 nights in a boutique hotel and spa , this is not what you expect ! Plus it’s not premier inn prices . It would be spectacular it somebody ran it properly.
