We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

The hotel is very lovely, although some areas could use a bit of light refurbishment. However, the staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. We received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Special thanks to our housekeeping team, Souad and Khadija, who surprised us daily with beautiful decorations in our room.

I received a call a few days prior to arriving, stating I was getting a free upgrade to the famous Villa 5! Great way to start the honeymoon, after getting married at the Fairmont in Puerto Rico. Upon arrival, Juliette gave us an amazing tour and stayed on top of all of our needs throughout the stay via whatsapp, which worked out amazing (even currency conversion!). This gave me the ability to schedule whatever needed from the comfort of the pool, sofa or where ever else I was lounging. The guys in the gym were also spectacular, especially Imad and Coach Fattah. They made us feel right at home and were very warm. They even provided my wife and I a special date night in the Fairmont garden which we enjoyed very much. They also were extremely talented individuals, Imad being a ex-pro soccer player and Coach Fattah being a triple college major! The restaurants had a great selection of food, but again, even better people. Most notably, the manager of the Al Aïn, Meriam was like a sister to me by the end of the trip. The genuine conversations, mixed with the live traditional band and fusion meals made this trip one for the books. Meriam even randomly sent my wife her favorite meal to our room. Right before our departure we ate again at the restaurant and she packed us more goodies to go, this truly came in handy for our 7 hour flight. The Fairmont itself was a beautiful modern property with thousands of olive trees and beautiful wildlife all around (first time seeing wild owls!). In addition, the golf course was in pristine conditions given the extremely hot temperatures of 107 degrees fahrenheit. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Every employee at this property was extremely professional, kind, and truly looked out for your best interest. Room service was also great, they ensured our fridge was stocked, we had fresh fruits, and the beds were always decorated! I haven't stopped talking about our stay since we went in August and will definitely be returning. I'll definitely be back with many family and friends in the near future. The Royal Palm was next level! As the Puerto Rican designer, Pioli states on my shirt in the first picture "It costs $0.00 to be a nice person"! The Fairmont staff truly embodies this, which is why we will be returning. Top 3 destination of the dozens of countries we've visited. Great people, great service, great ambiance, everything was great!

Karim the bar tender serves the best cocktails!! Service with a smile!!! Drinks to go for Pornstar Martini. Smokey Fog!! Great atmosphere. Beautiful setting for a bar!! What more can you ask for!! The olives & nuts are delicious too!!! Do not miss out on this bar!!
