We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

Stayed in the fairmont and spent most afternoons by the pool . Nice atmosphere and the staff were great 1 in particular who saw to our every need and made us feel really looked after was zakaria everytime I looked up he was buzzing around the pool area . This man is a machine and made our stay by the pool even better than expected . Zak you legend . See you soon

I spent a fantastic day at the Fairmont Marrakech with a day pass! A special thank you to Ahmed, who took great care of us — he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lunch by the pool was delicious: the dorade with couscous salad was fresh and flavorful, and the lobster brioche was incredible!!

Have had the most heavenly stay at the Royal Palm. Exquisite architecture, stunning gardens, a fantastic heated pool and excellent sports facilities. Travelling solo with two children the staff could not have been more accommodating with our requests. Mohammed by the pool handled a miscommunication with aplomb and Flan was ever attentive and energetic. In the restaurants Ahmed provided us with great service. Bedrooms were brilliant and super comfy beds even the pop up bed for the youngest child. We enjoyed the padel courts and highly recommend the ‘Insiders’ motorbike and side car tours in Marrakech. Concierge handled every question and booking with unflappable ease. We will be back. Loved it. Very special few days
