Beautiful riad but it's a pitty that the room lacked light. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good The spa is beautiful Jolie riad mais la chambre manquait de lumière. Le staff est accueillant Le petit déjeuner etait bon Le spa est sympa

The Riad is pretty and the breakfast was good. However, it is absolutely a pity that they offer “the best room rates” on their website while overcharging afterwards on tourist taxes (62 MAD per person per night vs. the regular 30 MAD per person per night). With the exception of the friendly man serving breakfast all other employee were rather withhold towards the customers.

Went to the spa for a massage and to relax by the pool, the pool was heated and very quiet - perfect for couples. Staff are all very lovely and helpful, provide robes and towels. Very relaxing a**osphere and the massage was excellent. Would come again

The worst! They are rude and all over not clean! The guy in the reception forbid us to take pictures or selfies inside the riad! Which is just a very basic riad by the way! Not authentic at all, there are away better riads in Marrakech…! The spa is filthy and they keep it very dark and even with that you can see the filth all around! Catastrophic! Just run away from this place! Marrakech has a lot to offer but not this one!

We had a wonderful stay at arias Elisa. The service was attentive and friendly, the room comfortable, the shower amazing. We loved sundowners on the sun terrace and the wonderful Hamam trea**ent! Location was brilliant- easy walk to the Squares and souk but calm and tranquil. Would certainly recommend.

The room was very nice and the riad is beautiful all white. Only issue was the construction very early in the morning. And i do not recommend the massage as they did a bad job. Besides that, it is a gorgeous riad with a pool rooftop. The bed is also really big which is a plus.

We had the best time at this riad, I cannot recommend it enough!! The staff is so friendly and helpful - especially Lobna, she made our trip to Marrakech exceptional! She planned great excursions for us, and we loved every second of them! The riad is so beautiful and clean, and we felt really safe there. The breakfast is amazing, and chilling at the spa was great. All in all our experience with this riad was 10/10!!!

The staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot. The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Not particularly suitable for very small children as they don't have highchairs or cots etc... They did let us stay around for a few hours after checking out whilst we waited for our taxi as well as providing us with a place to put our infant to sleep. That was very nice of them.
