The people here were amazing! Very kind and hospitable, made going into the city very easy at any time of the day. Any requests we had they followed through and the breakfast was GREAT! Very very nice people who do their job more than well, I highly recommend !

Horrible experience!!! We arrived today ( already booked the room, received confirmation/ arrived on time) to be left waiting and finally told that there is no room for us. It was made worse by the fact that there was no one there to manage or oversee the bookings and the guests arriving, and we had to call the guy responsible to talk to him. He continued by saying that there is no room available and he will call us back after he checks with Booking. We were kept waiting for a while. We called him again after not hearing from him just to be met with more of his empty excuses and dismissal . So unprofessional, so disrespectful and so unhelpful. I mean why confirm a booking if you are going to turn us back last minute. Basically, we were left at 5:00 pm on a busy weekend in Marrakech to find a new place. And get this, he was winning about the fact that he will have to pay a penalty to Booking for canceling !! Wooow pooor youu !! I mean the attitude is beyond me ! Since the owner or the manger has nothing but excuses, I wonder what excuses disrespect and his lack of professionalism Reading the reviews, we were not the only ones that experienced this.

Do not recommend. I changed my date and emailed the property to let them know about 10 days in advance of my stay. I received a note back confirming that they received the note and changed my date (I have the note as proof). What happened after that was appalling. I arrived late at night after an 11 hour flight and the staff would not even let me in to sit down after a late flight, to sort out the issue They said they cancelled my reservation and charged me half of the total price. I am almost 70 yr. old senior female travelling solo. Its a terrible thing to do to me, or to anyone. No email, phone or text to advise me that they had cancelled. This is shabby customer service.

Away from city noise, just as i like!

Such an amazing hotel and incredible service! Mohammed was an excellent host and went out of his way to make our experience as great as possible. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the breakfast was authentic. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Morocco.

We have just spent a few days in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and lovely throughout our stay. Location is quiet and peaceful, breakfast was lovely, rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing that needs changing is you have to ring to be let in each time to the property hence why we only gave 4 stars this being said we Highly recommended this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Après avoir vu les commentaires sur la maison d’hôtes et son propriétaire, j’étais un peu sceptique… Or, rien ne me paraît justifier les avis négatifs, l’hôte est charmant et disponible, le personnel aux petits soins et les chambres très confortables et très bien décorées … Le service de repas est irréprochable et la cuisine familiale de qualité Si vous êtes à la recherche de quiétude et d’authenticité, n’hésitez pas ! Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix de surcroît

Belle découverte! Un avre de paix avec piscine au milieu des oliviers avec les oiseaux qui chantent à 8km du centre, loins des bruits de la ville. Endroit très propre et literie de qualité où le personnel et le patron sont super simpa! Déjeuné marocain et les repas sont bon! Je recommande! Vous pouvez également faire confiance au patron pour vous aiguiller chez un amis pour vous organiser un tour de quad dans le désert et la soirée berbère au couché du soleil à bon prix. Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur acceuil.

Nous avons reservé 1 mois en avance et avons envoyé un message pour confirmer la réservation et formuler une demande spéciale. On nous a bien confirmé que la demande a été prise en compte et que tout est bon de leur côté. Le jour J j'arrive sur place après 3h d'avion et 2h de route, on me dit que la réservation a été annulée parce que soit disant la carte bancaire est frauduleuse. La fille qui m'a ouvert la porte ne m'a même pas laissé rentrer mes bagages pour prendre le temps de m'assoir et comprendre ce qui se passe, ils m'ont laissé dehors avec ma compagne et 4 valises. Elle voulait même pas que je laisse mes bagages pour aller chercher un taxi alors qu'on est dans la nature et que la route principale est à 20 min de marche... Plus tard j'ai compris qu'ils avaient annulé la réservation le jour même a 16h (alors que j'étais dans l'avion) et que la fille avait pour mission de ne pas me laisser entrer et de se débarrasser de moi sans faire de bruit... ils ont pris une réservation payée plus cher le jour meme... Ce genre de comportement me dégoute, que notre réservation ne vous convienne plus parce que qqun a payé plus cher tant mieux pour vous (ce n'est pas sérieux non plus) mais ayez au moins l'intelligence de bien faire les choses, de vous excuser et de proposer des solutions alternatives.
