Carefully decorated, in a rustic style, with private outdoor space. Railway connection with Florence. Cooking lessons available depending on the number of subscribers. Working farm "Azienda Agricola Piano Rosso", 575 m a.s.l.. 3 apartments in the property. 3 km from the centre of Marradi, 34 km from the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, 65 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 45 km from the lake. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 21.Sep.). Hot tub, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing).
