Green Nature Diamond

We travelled for a friend's wedding and made it also into a family holiday. The hotel is very clean and safe. Our room has a sea view with a balcony which we made the most of every evening. The food was excellent... very varied and fresh. As it is all inclusive, I was not sure what to expect but the cocktails were lovely and the staff both professional and friendly.Both the quiter adults pool and the main family pool met all our needs. I have just returned from the spa and thanks to the physiotherapist, Yilmaz Dayi for the wonderful massage. I'm sure we will all return again soon

We spent a week at this hotel, and while I was happy with our stay, I was not really impressed with anything. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive, and I must admit, it's not for me. Below are some pros and cons. Pros Distance from the beach. You are literally right on the beach. Step off the property, and you step on the beach. The beach itself is busy, but you get a fenced off area away from all the motor sports. Staff friendliness. For such a busy establishment, the staff (especially the dining room staff) were attentive and pleasant. Cleanliness. The place is well cleaned, and staff actively walk around looking for any mess to clean up. Loads of chill space. There were many indoor air-conditioned spaces where you could just sit back, relax, and chill. Relatively cheap. Considering what we would normally pay for a beach holiday, this was not too pricey. Local stores. There were loads of stores and supermarkets just outside the hotel that sold anything you need. Cons Limited adult entertainment. We only saw 1 night of adult entertainment and that started around 10 pm. In house restaurants. You are offered 1 complimentary dinner at one of the in-house restaurants. We chose the Italian and immediately regretted it. There was absolutely nothing Italian about that food. Weak ass drinks. While there are unlimited drinks, the choice is limited and the quality is poor. I probably only had 3. Food. So, there is a Relatively wide selection but it all seemed like cheaply made food and I was not impressed with any of it. Perhaps it's down to my personal tastes but I would not pay for that type of food in a restaurant. Housekeeping. The housekeeper was friendly but came at around 9 am every day. Bit too early for us. And while this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, there was no turn down service. Busy. This place was way too busy for me. I prefer a more secluded atmosphere with fewer guests but I guess this is all part of the all inclusive package. Distance from the airport. The transfer is about 1.5 hours from the airport. We opted for private transportation as opposed to the coach and that made the experience a bit nicer. In conclusion While I enjoyed the time, I was not gushing about it, nor would I revisit the place myself. It just was not my thing, but I can see how loads of people would enjoy a stay at this hotel, and I may even recommend it to certain people. The hotel was perhaps the best choice in the Marmaris area so, it's the place to be if you are coming here. I guess it was okay.

Very clean room. Our cleaner Sevgul Uyar was a lovely lady and brilliant at her job. Flower decorations on the bed were beautiful. She is a credit to the hotel. Quick check in, the whole place was very clean. A little disappointed with the quality of the cocktails. Turborg gold was ok. Waiters helpful at meal times. No need to tip to save table. Wasn’t needed, plenty of spare seats. Food was brilliant. BBQ, Chinese stand and the choice of the buffet food inside was huge. Good heat on the food. 6x lifts all very fast. Main pool was very busy. We used the adult pool and there was spare bed all day every day. Adult pool was nice and chilled. Would I stay here again. Yes

Before coming to GND, we had read very mixed reviews so want to leave a very honest review on our experience after our 10 day holiday. First of all, on arrival we were given a very small room at the back of the hotel over looking the road, myself husband and 2 year old were in this room with two suitcases and a car seat and a cot, there was no room to move at all. The floor had a few dirty marks on it, the next day on return to the room the maid had been, the dirty marks were still on the floor and the throw that had been on the bed thrown into a corner not even folded up. Countertop in the sink also not wiped clean which I thought was a bit odd considering this is supposed to be a 5* hotel. Anyway, we asked to upgrade to a seaview room which they did with absolutely no issues we had to pay an extra £170 for this, and we got the choice of two rooms to look at and choose from, this room was also much bigger. This room also must of had different maids as the floor got mopped every day, however the counter tops in the bathroom still not wiped once during our stay. The majority of staff that we had any interactions with were very friendly and always made an effort to entertain our 2 year old, especially a couple of waitors in the outdoor area at breakfast and dinner. We actually did end up tipping one of them half way during our stay as he was so kind to our son and always brought us drinks and a selection of drinks for our son to choose from. However, there were many many staff who looked as if this was the last place on earth they wanted to be and made no effort to even smile or say hello as you walked past. The pool was great, we never had any issues getting three sunbeds and a parasol, around 9 each morning. Our son loved the slides and the lifeguards were so nice to him aswell. We particularly liked the poolside bar/restaurant for lunch always something for us all to eat and was a little quieter than the main restaurant. The main restaurant at dinner time, we ate outside each night and always managed to get a table, however the ques for dinner at the buffet stations were ridiculous some nights, it felt a bit like being back at school having to que for food, and also the amount of people that just barge in and skip is very annoying. However the food that we did have was always very nice and fresh, we mostly ate the BBQ food at the outdoor area. But did get quite repetitive towards the end of our holiday. The kids disco was great, our son loved it, and the entertainment was as it is in most all inclusive hotels, some nights were great others were average, but nothing to complain about. We loved the volo bar, they had a mix of different entertainment during our stay and we spent a few nights there, although some nights was very busy and difficult to get a seat . I would say the hotel needs a little bit of TLC there are multiple areas of peeling paint and wallpaper, or areas that have been patched up as a quick fix etc. The one thing that

What a hotel this is,Absolutely amazing had ten days here and it was bliss,Met some great people,But one person stood out you must find this guy and introduce yourself to him,BIG JOHN,,This guy made our holiday a very genuine warm hearted person and now a true friend,I will be back just because of him.We stayes in 5238 great views air con not the greatest,Got very hot at night, but the hotel I couldn't fault,Great area as well,

A lovely hotel on the whole. We booked an interconnecting room, family with 3 children(15, 12,7) and had a side sea view on the third floor(3249/3250). Spacious rooms, comfy bed. We had a lovely cleaner who came in daily, beds were changed a couple of times and towels daily. Staff were always seen to be cleaning areas. Food-excellent choice, especially in the evening, could not fault it. We did tip a waiter some nights to keep us a table as there were 10 of us in total but we didn’t pay excessive amounts. Enjoyed eating at pool bar or inside at main restaurant. Pools- we only used main pool and did put towels down early most mornings but we were there all day and were with other family members too. Beach just outside hotel, we enjoyed a few afternoons there too, plenty hotel sunbeds and all inclusive available from bar on the right as you come out of the hotel. Drinks- this for me was their downfall, all made with syrup and just not what I would expect from a hotel like this. Entertainment- seemed to be hit or miss, not the best I’ve experienced. Kids disco quite late. Kids club- my youngest went a few times, she is quite shy and wouldn’t normally stay. They tried very hard with her on her 1st visit to see the club with the result being that she went and enjoyed it. Very safe-gate is manned all the time. Patisserie- on 1st floor- we went a few times as this is where they serve icecream but it is just too far from pool area which is a shame. Lovely icecream. Lots of lovely areas to sit in. We liked the lobby bar at nights. Pool tables near patisserie but again out of the way so we didn’t use. Bar staff, lifeguards were very good with our children. Always making time to chat to them. A nice hotel, just a few areas that would make it a much better choice.

Good Value for Money! Rooms Clean, and cleaned, every day. Adequate size, for 2 adults 1 kid. Wifi good in rooms, easy to connect. Meals Plenty of choice of food, and piping hot. Entertainment Day/night very good, the best I've had in all inclusive. 3 pools, 1 adult only, one baby pool, and main pool has 3 sides. Very good life guards, always visible. Sunbeds available all day, staff help set you up, if your having to move beds. By 9 am all prime locations are taken, as you would expect. Location Great, right on beach, om main *****.

Me and my 8 year old son have just stayed at green nature diamond hotel! This has been such a brilliant family friendly experience. Entertainment is amazing. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure the children are having the best time! Well done them. You get to know the staff as they are all so friendly and couldn’t do more for you! Alisa one of the entertainment staff has been so lovely! I see her chatting away to everyone in the evening. The hotel itself is so clean and the staff run a tight ship, they work so hard to make it as beautiful as it is! We were the 5th floor and our view was unreal! Thanks for everything green nature Dimond, we will be returning next year.
