Grand Ideal Premium

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel this year, and I was really looking forward to it as my experience in April had been great. Well what can I say, I was given what I can only describe a single occupancy room for myself and husband which consisted of a very small balcony with 1 chair and a small table which you would need to manoeuvre yourself into. The room was situated at the end of block B and you could hear every time a toilet was flushed in the block or a shower run. The room was also situated right above the outside bar directly across from the entertainment which wasn't ideal. The room itself was very nicely decorated but lacked seating so if either myself or my husband did decide we would like to chill in the room both would need to lie on the bed. My husband did speak with reception about the balcony situation and was informed unfortunately there are no other rooms at this time. This leads me onto the entertainment, what can I say it was tragic, one night we had the misfortune of listening to what can only be described as a very bad Karaoke singer (he wasn't it was the booked singer), who screamed songs (this was on Wednesday 18th Aug), it was so bad I don't think he even got any applause. When I was there in April the event's team interacted with you and made you feel part of the holiday, sadly this team has moved on and are sadly missed, although the new entertainment team did their best they didn't interact with the guests. The hotel is clean and food has a good choice but sadly not a hotel I will be visiting again, which is so sad compared to my experience in April, I couldn't wait to rebook. In all the photos advertising this hotel not one has the hotel room I was given, too which I am currently waiting on Jet 2 also replying to me.

went to grand ideal premium with my family this year. the entertainment was really great for the kids as well as fun for the adults. my niece loved the children's disco and the entertainers were incredible. would definitely recommend if looking to come with your family. right by the beach too!

Best all inclusive hotel I’ve been to in turkey, rooms are spacious and clean, air con and mini fridge that’s gets filled every day with fresh water and cartons of juice, fresh clean towels daily, rooms cleaned daily, sunbed towels daily, food good, always something for fussy eaters like myself, iced coffees, cocktails also included, entertainers jasmin and neda are just thee best, hotel is very very clean, housekeepers r on the go from 7am till late, plenty of sunbeds, waiter & waitress can’t do enough for u, defo recommend this hotel, we will defo be back

Me, my little boy and my mum visited this hotel in June 2024, we had the most amazing time and the kids club that runs from 10am until 5pm daily is amazing. The entertainment team who run the mini disco for children and arrange the entertainment for everyone are brilliant and so friendly.

Very lovely hotel nice staff and really amazing entertainment team and the photographer was absolutely brilliant and the room cleaners was great they cleaned the room perfectly and this made our holiday a life to remember I will definitely coming back!

Truly is a beautiful hotel and stay. This was our 3rd first with 4 children (3-13). The staff are friendly and prompt, always happy to help. Kids were entertained each night between the brilliant team and the on site park. Food options are plentiful though can feel repetitive. Thier photographer did a stunning bunch of photos of our family, nothing was to much for him and had wonderful patience with us all. Location is spot on, the beach is less than 5 minute walk away and the shopping options are all within 5/10 minute taxi ride! Honestly faultless and a fantastic option for families and couples!

If I could give this hotel more stars I would! Clean and comfortable rooms with water and juice provided. Very good selection of food in the main buffet hall and a snack bar open 12,30-4 offering chips, waffles pizza ect… Pool was large and never too packed, always room to move around and swim comfortably. ( has a slide also which is great fun) Our stay would not have been the same without the amazing reps, shoutout to Kadir, nida and yasimin. Made us feel very welcome and showed us a good friendship also. I would definitely come back to this hotel, I miss it already!!! Thank you!

The staff in kids club are amazing we love them there very attentive and very good at there job and we are very happy yasmins love you amazing girl.food and cleaning are immaculate and the food tastes amazing I'd really recommend this hotel ..

Our trip was amazing! Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Drinks menu was good and food was great! Will definitely be coming back ☀️ pool is great, lots of sunbeds and places to sit. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Entertainment staff were so much fun!
