Amazing as always! Been here so many times and has never failed. The kids entertainment are fantastic! My children had the time of their life! Sad to be departing but back soon! Thank you for an amazing stay. If you are thinking twice, don’t!!!

Entertainment team Niko, Alice,Tom,Ozzy, have made our holiday been fantastic such a great team. Alex on the relax bar amazing and friendly. Will come back when weather is better unfortunately had a lot of rain but did not put a damper on the holiday because the entertainment team just made it hillerious

Amazing experience and fantastic time in this hotel here now and are spending our time in the relaxing pool and bar and the great help from Alex as he spends he’s time to speak to us and take care of us from day and the fantastic cleaner and helper would definitely return back to this brilliant hotel. confession! On May 23 or 24, the entertainment manager took my phone from my phone saying that he would write a nice comment on the hotel Facebook page. I read it later that it was a very cruel comment for the sweet woman who runs the kids club. I regretted it so much that I could not see that woman again in the hotel after a few days. She was a sweet woman who did her job. I am so sorry, I see her in my dreams. And I am so sorry that I allowed this. Until my vacation was over, they asked me to work there because they could not find any staff to work at the kids club. I said that I was in another country and I did not have a work permit, but they tried to convince me. So I had to run away from the entertainment manager every day. I went to the beach most of the time during the day. I did not want to offend anyone and lose my job, my only aim was to have a nice vacation. I thought I was writing a nice comment for the animators, but it was not like that. If I had thought that it would be a problem for that sweet woman when she asked for my phone number, I would never have given it to her. I apologize to her so much. I hope someone will forward this comment to her and she will forgive me. In fact, there was another woman there on my vacation. We'd drink together, hang out, and watch shows. She'd known the manager and his wife for years and said she'd go on vacation at their house in the winter. They offered her a job, too, but she kept saying no.

The bar man alex is very friendly. Been really impressed with him at the bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone who comes.

I really liked this hotel. The staff without exception were polite, helpful and worked hard. Everything is well choreographed to ensure the guests are well looked after. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with there being an excellent selection of food to choose. There was always a good selection of vegetarian options and at least one fish dish. We did have a couple of issues with our room at the beginning of our stay that were rectified quickly. Room cleaning was excellent, if you want you room cleaned, you simply change the light outside your room from do not disturb to clean and you come back to a clean and tidy room. The one thing I did not like about the room was the bedding as instead of a duvet you get a harsh towel like sheet which I found quite uncomfortable. There is plenty of space around the hotel to relax and enjoy throughout your stay, with a number of pools to choose from. I enjoyed the adults only pool. I really liked how the barman Alex would when he had the time be proactive and offer to top up guests drinks while they were sat at the pool or one of the tables. The Ice cream and patisserie bar is a lovely touch and we visited there everyday for an ice cream, which is included as part of the all inclusive deal. The hotel itself is well situated. There is a Doctors surgery opposite, a pharmacy a few hundred yards down the road and a reputable supermarket (Migros) a few feet further. Avoid the independent "Supermarkets" their prices are flexible and in a way that does not work in your favor. The one at the corner of 242 St wanted £15 for a packet of Pringles and biscuits, just go to Migros.

We were two single mothers, and we used to leave our children at the mini club in the evenings. This year, it's not open in the evenings. Reception says it should be open, but the female mini club staff aren't at the hotel during those hours. The children are actually at the hotel dances with the male staff in the evenings. Sometimes the male entertainers wear costumes (unicorn, cat, Mickey), and some of the children, including ours, get scared and cry. Even when they cry, the costumed staff scares the children while trying to entertain them. I think they're not trained to handle children. I also felt uncomfortable with them touching my children. The food is delicious, just like every year. The hotel is clean. I've liked this hotel before, but this time it's not suitable for families with children. I wouldn't choose it again.

What more could you ask for than 2 whole weeks of switching off from the world and relaxing by the pool. Blue Bay Platinum offers you just that, an excellent daily selection of hot and cold dishes at the restaurant or snack bar, all you can eat ice cream and evening entertainment for both children and adults alike. Perhaps the best offering was the dedicated Relax Pool & Bar (16+ area) serviced by the wonderful Alex who made every effort to ensure we could disconnect and have a stress free holiday. Tucked around the corner from the 2 main pools the relax pool offers adults a slice of quiet from an otherwise busy and bustling main pool and entertainment area. If in the future we decided to return to Marmaris it wouldn’t be a hard decision to return to Blue Bay Platinum for all it has to offer. Thanks to all the staff at Blue Bay Platinum for making it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. And a special thanks to Alex for his service at the Relax Pool & Bar.

This is myself and my partners 4th visit to the hotel. Hotel is extremely clean. Food amazing. I love the relax pool as its quite and Alex provides excellent service. Always friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed staying here ,room was good ,bit dated and not great shower but not important because never in room ,cleaner done a fantastic job . Food is good especially chicken wings at snack bar,restaurant staff brilliant and friendly. Drinks are good but bar staff are not very people friendly, girls doing waiter service and collecting glasses were brilliant though. Went round to relax pool to get a drink one day and the bar man there was brilliant, he should train the bar staff at main pool bar . Entertainment was good ,they do a good job . Barbers do a good job ,hair cut and nose and ears waxed £20 excellent job . Always got a sunbed . All in all an excellent hotel and holiday and worth visiting. Really enjoyable and would definitely return.

Lots of positives during our 10am stay. Room was small but aircon was effective, shower was powerful and beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned daily and always had bottled water. Safe was unlocked on arrival so no charge. Fire stick worked in tv so didn’t buy TV package - WiFi was good throughout hotel. I was dreading the sunbed wars but got two beds and parasol each day by the relax (adult) pool. Without this pool I’m not sure we’d have enjoyed our time here as much; the main pool seemed very chaotic, busy and loud. Alex at the relax pool always remembered our order and brought drinks to us without asking. He’s a credit to the hotel, as is the older guy who helps maintain the area and get beds. Lovely fella! Tui rep Michelle was helpful about local shopping. We enjoyed food at snack bar and in restaurant. Some was repetitive but always found something nice to eat, which isn’t always the case on an all inclusive holiday. The cakes , ice cream and sandwiches in the patisserie were always nice and plentiful. Bar staff were lovely but soft drinks were often flat; the wine was drinkable as was the beer. We’re a couple in our 50s so daytime entertainment isn’t our thing and nighttime entertainment was poor, not a lot of seating and nothing worth a watch in my opinion. Location was good. Close to shops. Nice walk into Icmeler or the other way to Marmaris castle and marina. We had a late flight and we felt 90 pounds to keep the room on was expensive. Overall we had a lovely time and wouldn’t rule out a return visit

Beautiful hotel, delicious food, and excellent service. Rooms are cleaned whenever you need them, and it's easy to ask for extra water or toilet paper. Entertainment for children and adults, with evening shows and music. We especially thank and recommend the staff at the lobby bar: Ezgi I Gül and Alexa at the 16+ pool bar.
