Premier Inn Marlborough

Always welcoming, staff are always pleasant and friendly. Rooms are clean and presentable. Car Park is very easy to access and get a parking space. Check in is always straight forward and takes a couple of minutes. Only minor negative is the Wi-Fi in the rooms is patchy

Everything you expect from a premier inn. Great value room which was large, bright and immaculately clean. Checked in with no issues. On-site restaurant was really good for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of car parking and a great location. The staff are lovely, very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again highly recommended

Our stay was excellent on every level. Although the hotel is situated near a busy roundabout, we were not aware of any traffic noise. This hotel is fortunate enough to have outstanding staff, particularly Bethan and Joe. Nothing was too much. The service was professional but also with personality and humour, even in the busy run up to Christmas. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. The chefs were exceptional - thank you Sarah and Chris for preparing our steak perfectly. We have already made our next booking.

Stopped here a few times got to say checking was quick rooms was cold they never used to be. We had breakfast and evening meal which breakfast was a little all over the place. Evening meal was lovely wasn’t busy so wasn’t rushed out. Sarah and Chris was lovely to see again and didn’t disappoint us with the quality of there cooking

Friendly and Welcoming team. Great location, quiet hotel. Everywhere was very clean and spotless, Food both dinner and breakfast was amazing. Staff definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a stop off on our way to Bournemouth for breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful everything piping hot with 10/10 service by the Thai waitress Oil Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a quality breakfast with great service
