Niva

The "Niva" Health Resort is located in a picturesque spot on the bank of the Volga River, surrounded by forests. The resort territory includes three residential buildings, two two-storied cabins, two-storied medical and administrative building, and building of a restaurant and community centre. The Health Resort can accommodate 166 people at a time. Guests can stay in Double rooms with shared bathroom, Standard rooms and Junior Suites, one-, two-, and three-room Suites, two-room Apartment Suites, and separate cabins. Each hotel room offers beds, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe, TV, telephone, and fridge. The on-site restaurant seats 150 people and serves three meals a day. Business events can be held in the small conference hall with 50 seats and large conference hall with 235 seats. Hotel facilities and services also include - cafe and bar, billiards room, bowling, two saunas with lounge area and hydromassage mini-pools, children's playroom, cinema and concert hall, tennis court, indoor soccer, volleyball and basketball, gym with weight and cardio equipment, private landscaped sandy beach, library, ATM, secured parking, and sports equipment rent.
