It's a beautiful building and excellent service and staff. It's dog friendly and the room we had was spacious. One main issues is not best for signal and Internet had some work to do and couldn't get it done. Massive issue with parking! People cannot park within the little markers on the floor. I would suggest to make it clear and your patrons will be happy.

To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

Booked to stay on Saturday night. When I got there, I was told if I wanted food, it was an additional charge, same with WiFi, in the rooms. Part of one socket was coming off the wall. There was a stain on the bedding. One of the small lights didn't work, and the kettle wire didn't reach the socket, so I had to put it on the floor, which meant even more limited space. I was going to have a bath till I saw how dirty the tub was and the poor state of the bathroom. It was very dated. The grounds looked absolutely amazing. If they managed to update the rooms, it would be an amazing hotel as the spa and sports activities look amazing.

After staying here for 27 years now when in the area, a long awaited Refurb is well underway, this visit we were very kindly upgraded to a 2nd floor room over looking tge croquet lawn, Elite Hotels have certainly made a difference in all aspects so far, well done

A beautiful, serene location. The room was basic - it would have been Better with biscuits available alongside the tea and coffee. A smart TV would also make a difference. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was welcoming.

Reception was slow. 5 people in front of me in the queue to book in. Took 15 minutes to get to me

Very well priced what for you get. Polite friendly staff. Nice little extras in the rooms. We had a free upgrade on arrival to a suite which was very appreciated. We fly frequently from East Midlands airport and was about a 25 min drive. So we will be back soon I am sure.

Lovely hotel, absolutely grilling facilities, and located in a beautiful small town. Hotel is clean and tidy with a var and restirant. Room we selected was near the leisure facilities, the bed sadly was not the most comfy and the towels provided in the rooms did not smell too nice. Other than that was a lovely pleasant stay.

Room is worn, out dated and was very cold. Staff nice breakfast was average. Nice setting but was cheap as chips.

Booked a weekend away with the wife, we have been here before and always a nice stay.

I wouldn't return here. Such a shame as its aneasthetically pleasing but had added extras to pay for if you want access to the spa or wi-fi in your room. Be lucky if you can ever get food. Staff just kepttelling us we could get food from coop or eateries in the town. Never anyone on reception. First room they gave us was awful and toilet wasn't flushing , room wasnt cleaned properly and no maintenance staff on a Sunday so they had to move the room. We were also kept awake all night by noise in the hotel on our first night. You can hear everything going on so if you expect a quiet stay at a weekend good luch with that! Sorry to say but we are writing to HQ to make a formal complaint.

Staff friendly and good food and good selection of alcohol. Rooms spacious and all include a bath. Area is full of country walks and dogs are allowed.

Great grounds for walks. Good for bike rides. Local coop nearby

Pleasant stay and walking distance into the village. Would stay again
