Nestled on a hillside in a forest, this mountain resort features an on-site restaurant and a spa. Yosemite Valley is 43 km away. Each accommodation at Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort, except for the regular tent cabins, has air-conditioning and heating. All accommodations include linens and housekeeping services. The June Bug Cafe is a family style restaurant that offers vegan and vegetarian cuisine, hormone and antibiotic free meats, cage free eggs, organic grains and local produce. A guest kitchen and a BBQ are also available. The Yosemite Health Spa offers a stainless steel hot tub, cedar hot rock sauna and showers. It is located on site. 一切都不錯就是有點貴 推薦大家也可以去住優勝美地出口的cedar lodge那邊房間比較大也比較舒服 這邊就是給喜歡在叢林裡居住的人來享受大自然的

Had a two night stay in an ensuite cabin with a double and a single bed. We had no trouble parking on the same level as our cabin, meaning we only had to carry our luggage up 1.5 flights of steps and along level paved paths or decking. As expected the cabin was rather old fashioned in its furnishings but everything was clean and worked fine, except the fridge when we first arrived but that was fixed immediately by the helpful receptionist resetting the breaker. The food at breakfast and dinner, plus the “trail” packed lunches was great and we made good use of the laundry facilities. It was lovely to be able to stay in the middle of nowhere, so far from home in the UK, but with all the facilities that we could need on hand.

When I made a reservation at Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort, I opted to pay a premium for a room that promised more privacy. However, upon my arrival, they assigned me to a shared dormitory with 12 other individuals. Despite my dissatisfaction and protest, they informed me that my preferred room was unavailable and that this was the only option they could provide. Their response displayed a complete lack of concern for my comfort and grievances, suggesting instead that I should be grateful for having a place to sleep. After persistently raising my concerns for two days regarding the breach of my reservation, they eventually relocated me to the originally chosen room. The receptionist, unfortunately, lacks any hospitality training, demonstrating rudeness in her communication and failing to instill any confidence in the guests.

THIS PLACE WAS WONDERFUL, BUT NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT WALK STAIRS OR UP AND DOWN STEEP HILLS. MY GROUP LOVED THE FOOD SOLD AT THE CANTEEN THE BEST! PRICES WERE GREAT FOR WHAT YOU GOT! THE ROOMS WERE FUN. EACH WITH THEIR OWN FLAVOR. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GOING AGAIN NEXT YEAR AT THE "GODDESS FESTIVAL" IN MARIPOSA.

I wasn't exactly sure how to rate this place. I stayed for one night after a short visit to Yosemite national Park. We had a tent cabin with two twin beds. It was a little weird for my husband and I so I'll freely admit that we ended up pushing the beds together :) Anywhoo...our cabin had a little swamp cooler that worked remarkably well. It cools off nicely in the evenings anyway, but the cooler helped. Check in was easy enough..we had a little trouble finding our cabin, but it worked. We had to share a potty but it was always available when we wanted it. Oh and the wifi was pretty good. Two suggestions for you readers: 1... Bring a flashlight. They have adequate path lighting, but I carried a flashlight on a midnight potty visit and it helped. 2. I always carry a 3 prong power***** with me. Usually at hotels I don't need it. I needed it for this place.

Me and my wife had a very lovely stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and the meals in the June Bug Cafe were delicious. Plenty of variety to choose from. The room was very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The only issue is the parking but since we went mid September we were always able to find a spot in the lower parking lot. Didn't really mind the walk up the hill. We loved that one morning we woke up with a couple of deer outside our back window. Would definitely come back again.

Rooms were lovely. Bathrooms clean. Restaurant onsite and their staff pleasant and helpful. However parking is a nigh**are. If some park poorly you are out of luck. I did not appreciate losing my spot to others because they do not know how to park. Threstened with towing if I left my car by charger when only spot left. Allowed to park in lower lot in handicapped which i appreciated however its a tough walk up the hill to cabin. I had asked for a lower cabin but that message was not received and not sure where that fell through. If you cant handle walking up steep hills and steps dont stay here.

We had a great stay here. Booked a tent with beds in it for the family so we could visit Yosemite. Although it was August it wasn’t too hot at night & the beds were comfy. The facilities were clean and the June bug cafe served fantastic food. Really tasty home cooked food with a lot of veggie choices, which was a welcome relief for my vegetarian daughter who struggled to find many veggie options elsewhere in America. About 45 minutes drive to Yosemite entrance.

Stayed in one of the tents (family of 4) for 3 nights. Had a great time - good location for the Park (about 40 min drive). cafe was excellent for meals - and caters well for Veggies (3 options at night). And serves a decent beer. Would recommend to others.
