A truly pet friendly, relaxing, environment with lovely rooms; our room was an“Oceanfront, King-delux room.” The special touches, were a nice surprise: doggie treats & cute ceramic bowls, & a bottle of sparkling wine too. A perfect trip!

This is a beautiful resort. There are amazing views of the ocean and the sunsets are out of this world. They have seating and fire pits at night for beautiful bonfires. Perfect setting for some wine and smores. The restaurant was amazing. Delicious food and excellent customer service. I can’t rave enough about this place. My only complaint would be for the price, continental breakfast should be included. Crazy you can get it at a normal priced hotel but breakfast here was around $35 which is outrageous. But it was well worth it because they take good care of their guests and are so accommodating. Include a continental breakfast and they would be 5 stars. I would definitely come back.

Very restorative. I love the sound of the waves at night. My facial and massage were right on point. Breakfast is delivered in a picnic basket. So many little touches and details, right down to the calligraphy on my welcome envelope. I’ll be back. I WAS disappointed that the hot tub chose to take a vacation as soon as I arrived, but the letter guests received apologizing for the problem was a nice touch.

WOW ! I had heard of The Sanctuary Resort but had never visited in person. I was blown away the minute I turned down the driveway. It is exactly as named - A true sanctuary. Luxurious and yet approachable. A few highlights for me (other than the location being secluded and rejuvenating)...The food was outstanding. I had dinner at Saltwood last night and Jonathan the bartender had great recommendations. I had the octopus taco's and they were incredibly memorable. Omar who drove me in a golf cart to my room was charming and you could feel his sense of pride for having worked at The Sanctuary for a number of years. I look forward to returning with my family.

We are Veterans of the sanctuary , going since golf carts were part of the amenity . This year we came back to celebrate our 43rd Wedding Anniversary Rooms are remolded , fresh new look , very confortable Wow factor when we opened the door to our room

Beautiful location and room! Very comfortable beds and nice facilities. The first night we had a problem with a small child constantly running around upstairs but luckily that was only one night. We will be coming back again hopefully next year.

Our stay at the resort was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the stunning views and beautifully maintained grounds set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. The sunsets over the ocean were absolutely breathtaking, and we had the pleasure of enjoying them from the best room, which was provided to us thanks to the outstanding customer service we received. The on-site restaurant was another highlight of our trip. The food was not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared, with every dish showcasing fresh and local ingredients. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or a romantic dinner, the ambiance was incredible, with attentive staff making sure every meal was special. What really set this experience apart was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always available to assist, which made us feel truly welcomed and pampered. Because of them, we had the best room in the resort, and it made our stay all the more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience with exceptional service and gorgeous views, this resort is the place to be!

This is a great place to get away to relax and unwind. It’s perfect! It’s a wonderful place to sip wine or coffee and breathe in the cool breeze off the ocean and to listen to the crash of waves. The quiet solitude was wonderful.

The accommodations at Sanctuary are fantastic. Both myself, and my partner had an amazing time. The private beach right outside our room was unforgettable and one of the best experiences I have had in my travels. The staff, the property upkeep, the onsite restaurant all impeccable.
