This was a great resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in a bay view room, and I recommend spending the few extra bucks to have one of these views bc it’s amazing. We met people at the pool with garden view and they said it was pretty but wished they had gone for bay view. There are plenty of restaurant options. It was also pretty quiet. The pools close at 6pm, and while you’re allowed to go in after there are not towels available (and we did ask the concierge how we could get towels and she said she would call it in but we wound up not getting towels after our night swim). Since the pool closes then, almost everyone heads out and goes to dinner or whatever their night entertainment is and it’s very peaceful sitting on your balcony in the evening. They took care of our transportation and we setup offsite excursions they helped us book and get transportation for. I’ll stay at this resort any time I go back to St. Lucia.
Notes for travelers (these didn’t bother us but awareness for others who may have mobility issues): there are not elevators, so the pictures you see with the stairs is how you access your rooms. The stairs are wooden and there were two wobbly steps on the way to the room we stayed in. If you have mobility issues where climbing stairs is a problem, you would want to ensure you let the resort know so they can help you with booking the appropriate room as there are some rooms where you don’t have to go up flights of stairs and you’ll still have views.

I would never chose this place again..everyone we met were of the same opinion.
No direct access to beach; the beach is laughable at best! No activites, same food served time and again, no elevator.
Very small property and definitely not 5 star!!!

The staff is amazing. If you get an opportunity to do any of the sporting/exercise activities Jack is fantastic. His ridge climb is was perfect and he took care of our group who were at all different fitness levels.
Looking forward to coming back again to do more excursion.

Not enough seats. The beach is filthy and not convenient. Property is not flat , you have to walk up hills to get into your room if you’re in the back of the property. The food was great. Service was poor, no one really comes to you and takes your order. It was not what we expected.

Wonderful resort, the staff was so nice and helpful! The food options are all really good. They made booking the activities we wanted to do really convenient. Love that they arrange transportation to & from the airport for you as well. My only issue was the hot water, not a fan of cold showers, we called & maintenance fixed it but it didn’t last very long. I would absolutely stay again however.

Spectacular Stay at Zoetry Hotel for Our 22nd Anniversary!
Zoetry Hotel is a truly spectacular place to stay, especially for couples looking to reconnect and celebrate special occasions. My wife and I chose Zoetry for our 22nd anniversary, and it turned out to be the most romantic stay we've ever experienced.
The views from all areas of the resort are absolutely incredible, adding to the overall charm and relaxation of the atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. We were fortunate to have our own private butler, Genesis, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable.
Genesis was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped with all the little surprises I had planned for my wife, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made a lasting impression on us.

This hotel has pros and cons.
Pros:
The views are stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Butler service very convenient. Some staff are friendly/welcoming. Sunset cruise. Complimentary airport shuttle service with great drivers.
Cons:
Food options are limited (the same menu every day). The wait time for food and drinks is 40 minutes to an hour. Restaurants and bars noticeably understaffed. Guest will set their towels on the pool chairs early mornings and disappear, leaving no space for other guests. You are an hour away from the main attractions and will have to pay for an expensive taxi ride to go to other places. No entertainment.
Overall, this hotel was not what I expected, especially for the price. Definitely not a 5-star. Property has lots of potential thought with a little bit more effort.

Zoetry had its ups and downs. It is very far from main attractions so you do better for the price you are paying stay in the southern region of the island or on a beach front. The food was the same everyday which got old very fast. The pool is small and there isnt much to do on the resort. Very much a 65 crowd not for younger people. The rooms are spacious and nice however. Overall the lack of variety and activities to do for FREE given youre paying 650$ a night is zero to none stay somewhere else. The open bar service was very slow took about 30 mins

Check in wasn’t smooth
They did keep our bags after check out so we could use the beach!
Room was big , very nice , bathroom huge and very clean. Wouldn’t return
