Mercy was a very patient and understanding house keeper. She put in 100% effort and her best to make our settling in experience somewhat better. Thank you Mercy. With regards to the hotel in general, l recommend you walk the talk, much up to the global expectations of food, beverage and room service for instance, two pillows as opposed to one, margarita; serve what it is and how it should be and not make unreasonable excuses. N wash clothes, hand and face towels in the room just to mention but a few. Have consistency in the room i.e coffee maker, refrigerator, iron box etc. Customer care and hospitality from your reception and front office crew was atrocious. I was disappointed despite giving your team hints. As for the manager, please step up and do your role. Don't be evasive!
