The way to the hotel was very mystic and interesting. You enter through the door and you are in another world. We were greeted with a very refreshing homemade drink. We stayed in the junior suite, which had a copper bathtub, among other things. The room was very well furnished, with a mini bar, bathrobe, Marshall speakers, etc. The bed was on a stone, the mattress very comfortable. The cook Medine really can cook more than well! The food was incredibly delicious; seven different meze, dolma (stuffed vine leaves, stuffed eggplant, peppers, and stuffed zucchini), and other traditional delicacies from Mardin. I can highly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mirsoum Han Hotel in Deluxe Suite No. 3. The service was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent, lovingly prepared with options like potato-egg omelets. The room was stunning. For parking, it's best to use the "Kapali Otopark" next to "Cumhuriyet Meydani." From there, you can easily reach the hotel via the stairs, as it is located in the heart of the old town. Highly recommended!

Accommodation, room layout, friendliness and attention of the employees, politeness, quality of breakfast and food products, the taste was great, the view is priceless, thank you for everything, The room architecture was also very beautiful. I can't wait to experience it in the fall.

This hotel is such a great find. If you aren’t from around here keep in mind that the location is in the old city so you won’t be able to drive your car all the way to the hotel. Park at the bottom of the hill and walk up. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated and modern. The staff is friendly and the views are incredible. Can’t wait to come back!

Bu güne kadar konakladığımız oteller arasında en temiz rahat ve en konforlu otel diyebilirim. Mardinin en eski nadide taş konaklarından biri. Geniş bir terası ve terastan izlenebilecek harika bir mezopotamya manzarası var. Odaların dizaynı çok güzel ve misafirlerin rahatı düşünülerek düzenlenmiş. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Odada bulunan bakır küvet detayları harika. Personeller güler yüzlü ve hizmet konforu çok iyi. Konaklama sürecimiz boyunca bize yardımcı olan güler yüzü ve misafirperverliği için özellikle Gülistan Hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Düşünmeden tercih edebileceğiniz harika bir butik otel.

Muhteşem bir konak, muhteşem bir mimari ve dekorasyon, muhteşem işletme. her detay düşünülmüş. Mardin'in en turistik yerinde. tertemiz yataklarda, çok sessiz bir ortamda uyudum. Sadece terasında , Mezopotamya manzarasında bulunmak bile unutulmazdı. Gece Nezir Bey'in terasta yaktığı ateş ile zamanda yolculuğa çıktım adeta. Odalardaki nespresso makineleri büyük jest. Yıkılmaya terk edilmiş bu konağı ayağa kaldırmak için bütün aile çalışmış. Emeklerine sağlık. Sevgili Gülistan'a ayrıca bir teşekkür .
