Estaba un poco apartado del centro de Marbella. El jacuzzi de la suite estaba roto y salía agua por abajo. Se escuchaba considerablemente el ruido de otras habitaciones. Además, no pude asistir por motivos médicos y por llevar a otra persona, les cobraron 30 euros por el cambio de nombre. (Todo lo que escribo es según lo que me ha comentado la pareja que fue en mi lugar).

We stayed for the night and we were really happy with the service and accommodation. We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it didn’t disappoint. The room was really pretty and clean on arrival and the rooftop terrace was lovely and had a jacuzzi and bar too. The location was a bit strange as it’s in the poligano but we were out at the Marbella Feria so for me it didn’t bother me there is plenty of parking and the security system was good for entering and leaving . Would go again .

Not bad, little hotel at a good price. It's actually a nice and pretty hotel. Very well located at a 10 minutes walk from the heart of Marbella. Air conditioning super strong. It does the job, you can sleep and shower

The location isn't great! Granted, it is a short walk to the beach, but the immediate neighborhood is very industrial, the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and auto shops. It is not a neighborhood we felt comfortable walking at night.
The hotelrooms were clean and the AC was great, but the rooms were TINY!
Other than that, the hotel was fine, but the neighborhood was not very tourist friendly in our opinion!

The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooftop terrace is a great bonus. We were able to sit and sunbathe with a beer and use the jacuzzi (which we were grateful wasn’t heated!) while we waited for check in time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of storage space and was clean and modern. It’s in quite a strange location, surrounded by car garages and other similar units and warehouses. But Uber didn’t have an issue finding it and we’d definitely return for the price was worth it!

Hotel is new and clean but it is in an industrial park with car workshops all around, and the rooms are very small. In ours, we couldn't open our suitcases on the floor and the shower was so small I (fit person) could barely fit. I have friends who wouldn't be able to shower in it at all.

This is a converted warehouse, not really a hotel. Beware:rooms have no windows? Contrary to the photos in the listing the rooms look more like storage rooms. The building is in an industrial area and surrounded by other wear houses. I don't know where the 3.5 stars came from. Maybe they mean - 3.5 stars.

Just don’t book this hotel. I have stayed in many hostels, low budget hotels and this one just feels unsafe and really uncomfortable! The entry level rooms don’t have windows and whilst that doesn’t feel like much there isn’t a window in the entire place! It felt incredible unsafe. No idea what would have happened if there was a fire. The staff were very helpful and friendly and rooftop terrace is lovely but I felt incredibly uncomfortable here.

Personale super. Molto pulito. Silenzioso (come tutti gli alberghi). Bella terrazza con musica. Posizione strategica: con 8 euro di taxi sei in centro, in 5 minuti a piedi sei in passeggiata a mare. Zona sicura: palestre, scuole di ballo, officine, gente che lavora. Rientrati a piedi di notte tutto ok. Clientela raffinata. Due notti...saremmo rimasti ancora ma era pieno.
