Extremely dirty, furniture falling apart, they only paint the places than can be seen walking around. Indoor pool is filthy. Bathrooms smell of sewerage. Fridges smell too. So, so terrible. Please don’t go, it’s not what is advertised- we had to leave and change hotels.

Location good.There is good childrens playground. Breackfast very bad,every day one menu no any differents,coffe very bad,and if I wanted drink a tee,hot water comes from machine with coffee (( Apartments was 3of5 Uncomfortable kitchen,the sink is located too in the corner,it was impossible to wash the dishes.And old rusty refrigerator,looks not for four stars. We were with a child and it was good that a partition was installed on the stairs.

Booked this last minute for a decent price. We booked a one bedroom apartment, but I think we were possibly upgraded as there was both a bedroom upstairs and downstairs. We also had two bathrooms and two large balcony’s both upstairs and downstairs. The apartment was gorgeous and huge, pretty clean looking at it….. As it’s out of season everything was closed apart from the indoor pool. You have to book the sauna to use it though. We all really liked staying here and would go back again. I’ve rated it 3 starts due to the smell. The whole apartment smelt like a musty, mouldy, mocky smell. It was worse downstairs. The furniture smelt like an old used furniture shop too when you opened the doors and drawers. At first I thought the cleaners used a dirty mop and it was just the floors. But the sheets on the bed smelt like that too. It’s 15 minutes from Marbella in a taxi/Uber, which was handy.

Really wanted to give this place a better review but many things need improvement. Whilst the pool area is nice the pool tiles were filthy dirty and just needed a good clean. The apartment itself is dated and the cleaning is very poor, mould in the bathroom shower and tiled areas looked like it needed a good scrub. Furniture is dated and needs replacing. Location is ok and the staff were nice. Bed was comfy. I don’t think it would take a lot to make this place a lot nicer.

Decent place to stay. It’s very expensive to have a holiday here, based on the fact that you are renting a small house and needing to get a taxi everywhere. Because of this, I feel the hotel wasn’t a good value for money on the cleanliness and the quality of facilities. The food was good. But again, very expensive and not worth the money. Nevertheless in the morning from 9 till 10 AM, there's a buffet that has bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, toast etc. There’s a restaurant that serves food and drink all day, they have all the alcohol you could ever want till 12 AM and the waiters are friendly. There are plenty of facilities. There was a main pool, a kiddie pool, a private pool with a jacuzzi (that was unfortunately colder than the pool), a play park and a supermarket 2 mins away. There's a gym which l'm sure some of you would find useful too. Overall this is a good place to stay for a small family holiday, but we couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being bled dry of our savings. Being outside of Marbella it is somewhat peaceful, but you’re better off actually booking a place in it.

Good place to stay. To clarify this isn’t a hotel, but rather a rental villa estate surrounding the main reception building and pools. This made it hard to book from home and if we had a problem the staff working there wouldn’t help us. But they’re the only negatives I have. The food was good. We didn’t pay for All Inclusive, but it was still worth the money. In the morning from 9 till 10 AM, there’s a buffet that has bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, toast etc. All enough to keep the brits happy and more. The hotel was nice and modern and very spacious apartments. And around the pool etc was lovely. It was clean enough however round shower etc looked worn and a bit grubby. They are modern but probably ready for a spruce up. The location wasn't great, not much near it.. The water was an issue. Showers were either freezing cold or boiling hot. In all it was good value for money just a few tweeks needed.

Good space for a family, with a terrace, a balcony, two bedrooms (one on each floor with separate bathrooms). This is a place where you go to hang at their pool with a convenient restaurant, or use as a base for traveling the sourroundings. Car is a must even though it’s possible to walk to the beach and some restaurants.

Lugar súper tranquilo, limpio y perfecto para descansar después de jugar golf. Buenas instalaciones. Ideal para parejas. Bien comunicado y con muchos campos de golf a su alrededor. Con terrazas y dos baños. Sin duda una opción para volver
