應該是馬貝拉比較好的五星級酒店，但體驗感一般，不會再入住。攜程套房的圖片與實際不符，實際就是一個普通酒店房間多了一個沙發，房間有一股發黴的味道。攜程註明2020年開業，我以為是新酒店，實際裝修都比較老舊，我不明白為什麼是2020開業的酒店。前台服務不符合五星級標準，上午辦好手續，下午來取房卡，前台只有一個人，非常慢，等了很久。 酒店優點在於餐廳很多，晚上吃飯感覺不錯，位置在海邊，散步非常舒服。

An amazing hotel experience. The bar and restaurant area is out of this world. You cannot fail to be impressed. Everyone is lovely and trying to make the visit special. We will be back. The portion sizes in the Italian restaurant are for sharing!

Amazing resort with amazing employees. The welcome and attention to guest experience is best. Huge variety of Food and Beverage options. Service and food quality are top. Will plan to visit with family.

Just returned from Puente Romano where I spent my first family holiday and they were not disappointed!! I have previously stayed here many times with friends. Puente Romano is my favourite holiday destination in Europe and will not be beaten on service, location and most of all beauty. There are no words to describe the wonderful relaxed vibe in the resort. From the moment of arrival with cava in the beautiful reception I feel I have arrived to my second home! The Seagrill just keeps getting better and better. The evening menu simply delicious. My brother said best breakfast in the whole world. It is something to be experienced!! Thank you Emilio and all of you who work hard there every day meeting our every need. Loved the Aqua de Parma products in my room and big thank you to all the housekeeping staff who keep everything spotless and such positive approach to us each day. Loved all the new spots around the resort to chill with a drink and eat casually. Adored the Thai Galllery and of course the nighttime vibe in Cipriani is a must for all adults. The gardens and beauty and tranquility of the resort are amazing and it is hard to believe how much of it is possible in a resort of its size. Just stunningly gorgeous. I cannot find words to thank Jesùs Ortega Front Office Reception Manager for all his help and assistance over the past 11 years. He made everything possible for us in terms of his professional assistance and help since our very first visit. Always there to say hello and check everything in order for our memory filled wonderful days in Puente Romano. He even helped me try to locate a lost phone AND earrings after a visit! He went over and above many times to ensure everything was perfect. This is rare in so many resorts and hotels and something I will always remember with thanks. So many memories of great times! We will miss you Jesùs more than we can ever tell you and wish you a very happy and well deserved retirement. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Suffice to say I have 3 trips booked to return in 2025. I have stayed in many resorts but the Puente Romano is unbeatable and I cannot wait to return next year

Another relaxing, wonderful stay at the gorgeous Puente Romano resort. We travelled with friends and stayed for a long weekend. The choice of restaurants and entertainment had increased since our last stay. There is something for all the family, pizza from Pica Pica, Italian delights at Cipriani as well as fourteen other amazing restaurants. Breakfast is a joy alongside the beach at the Sea Grill with an amazing selection to choose from. The gardens were in bloom, beautifully mature and a pleasure to walk through to breakfast, the pool areas, and the restaurants. The junior suite we were upgraded to was luxurious and had a secluded balcony to sit outside and enjoy the surrounding gardens. The amazing, welcoming and professional staff made our stay exceptional from check in to check out. Thank you so much.
