The service and staff were amazing nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast fantastic, and afternoon tea just delightful. The hotel was a joy to share time in and relax.
Room tip top for cleanliness
I would like to thank all staff for the most enjoyable weekend.

Lovely hotel, stylish, good service in bar and restaurant. The only issue we had was with the quality of the room cleaning service, as on one of the days the soiled toilet was left as is, and on another day the two flannels were replaced with an extra bath mat… We would have gladly cleaned up after ourselves if a toilet brush had been provided. My husband had to use tissue to clean the bowl by hand, which is not at all ideal, so the one thing that would have made it perfect would have been a toilet brush! However apart from this we had a lovely stay, great room with the most beautiful view. Thanks for having us.

Lovely hotel with fabulous views. Car parking was limited and very tight in the garage, We had no idea that you had to contact the hotel to reserve a space. Reception recorded the wrong index number upon our arrival and forgot to issue a parking visa which we found out was required to be displayed. Room was excellent except that the bath plug did not work. The views were fabulous and staff were friendly.

This is an amazing hotel, fantastically well run, the rooms are superb, the breakfasts are great the bar/lounge is incredibly comfortable. The views from the lounge and dining areas over the River Fal are beautiful. The hotel's pub, the Working Boat, serves fabulous food.

Beautiful room and the bottle of fizz was a lovely birthday surprise . Catered very well for Coeliacs . Plenty of choice .
Booked afternoon tea which was very nice and at a reasonable price . Parking is hit and miss , but we did manage to park everytime . Gorgeous bathroom with a large bath, only the plug in the bath didn’t work . However it wasn’t an issue as there was also a fabulous shower . I would book to stay there again .

We were looking for a short break away from the rat race and Greenbank fitted the bill admirably. We had a harbour-view room which was very well appointed and provided plenty to look at despite the weather.

Great location and fabulous facilities. Lovely well prepared and presented food. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Modern room with marvellous views but slightly disappointing dirty windows. Definitely stay again.

A lovely stay . Very nicely appointed independent hotel on the harbour.
My room was extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the harbour.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Only negative is that breakfasts while delicious were a tad small
