Last night we had a nice opportunity in this club, its look good and the service also excellent, and we had a best day out in here as well. The pool was very nice, Maleesha served us well and the others too, And we participate for many games and the games are good. And also I did a workout at gym, and its too good and the all facilities are very good, and thank you you! Jeewaka Perera & Family

The team around Dorothée & her team from TUI made me feel very welcome. The private beach is small and controlled by the hotel. You have to cross a small street. The sea is pretty rough and honestly there is a part of the hotels guests that sits around there and also at the beautiful big pool area, the lobby and pool bars, to drink big glasses of whisky and vodka already in the morning, which is the not so nice side of the resort. The definite upside of the Club Palm Bay is its staff. Absolutely amazing the choices in restaurant buffets.Especially for me as a vegan, there is a large variety of dishes that constantly change and it does not get boring. I also did same ayurvedic treatments that are absolutely worth trying. As a lifelong hotelier, i see the proof again, that great people make up for some weaknesses of the product.

The best for a day out. Its green all around and very nature friendly and has a wide spread of food. Can take a dip in the wide pool or at the beach right across. The people are very friendly and are always ready to offer their services. The rooms are clean.

It was an unforgettable experience. The aurudu celebration was so fun and had a great time. The service was amazing and had a good time with all the activities available. Had a variety off games to play like badminton, table tennis, water polo, pooling, and more. Azeez was a great help and everyone was so friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand

From the moment we came here we got an excellence service. Especially Mr Amila the Animator gave us a wonderful time. With him we did baloon blasting, ring passing, laughter therapy programme, big foot. Excellence. Thanks.lovely place ever

I would like to give thanks to the "Club Palm Bay"'s team. Everything was great, all the staff did the best to please customers. Special thanks to Maleesha, who have organized wife's birthday beach dinner with delicious seafood menu and helped us with changing the room where the bees were. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the old rooms, which require renovation. I would like to wish the hotel and staff continued prosperity and more customers.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel n our girl always wanted to stay at the pool. It was very large , very sunny n clean. Easter lunch buffet was delicious and had a good variety and spread. All the staff seemed very friendly. Rooms were spacious n clean with good privacy . A/C was nice and could well adjust according to our need. Negatives were cats n flies at dining area. Room we stayed was kind of old with only head shower at bathroom. There were neither bed side carpets nor ironing facilities at room.

We had great experience at Club Palm bay. Especially the service was excellent . Amila from Animator was amazing. We played snooker, Table tennis and Carom. He was very friendly and very helpful. Really hoping to visit gain! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel club palm bay is just like my native home the staff of the hotel the food park and all that you wish are very familiarized with any guest. When voming to this hotel we never feel any doubt feeling. Especially all the staff are so frindly IInfluencing Ms. Maleesha and Ms. Dilini ❤❤ best... Also this is our more than 30th time. If any guest want to stay your sole destination is hotel club palm bay
