I stayed here from 07.04.2024 until 19.04.2024 for work. The location was great for me because it was only 3 minutes walk to my workplace. The house is well kept and the rooms smell nice and are super tidy. Luciano is the most attentive, caring and fun loving host ever. He made sure I was very comfortable and constantly asked if I need anything. He showed me around, recommended me great restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties. Totally worth it and I will gladly come here again, highly recommended!

I don't know where to start to recommend Il Melograno. From the kindness of the owners, from the cleanliness or from the attention to details (not to mention the food)? I would probably say from the sensation of being "at home on vacation": pampered, with a unique welcome and exceptional kindness. The location is in a perfect position to visit Modena, Sassuolo and Maranello. I strongly recommend il Melograno, it has been an amazing experience.

Una coccola dietro l altra. Maura ..persona fantastica che insieme al marito Luciano hanno unito la loro ricerca del buon gusto sia per gli ambienti che nella scelta dei veri sapori tradizionali. Posto bellissimo a pochi passi da tutto,pulitissimo. Tutto issimo ..Quando torni a casa ti rimane un Amicizia nel cuore ❤️. Colazione impeccabile. Se torno a Modena nn ho ns dubbio su dove andare. Ottima location Favolosa per la famaglia i proprietari Super ti senti proprio a casa, ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di un po' di Relax andiamo in questo meraviglioso angolo di Natura, le stanze sono veramente belle e i pasti che ti prepara la signora Maura non hanno nulla da invidiare a un ristorante stellato lo consiglio vivamente.

Ambiente pulito,accogliente,casa prestigiosa e super curata in ogni minimo dettaglio.ampio spazio verde con sdrai per rilassarsi e una piscina tipo jacuzzi disponibile in periodo estivo.tavolo esterno con verandina. I proprietari sono due persone meravigliose,la signora (maura) è una mamma pronta ad accogliervi e farvi sentire a casa e il marito (luciano) sa sempre come intrattenervi. Carina la possibilità di acquistare prodotti fatti in casa da loro,come ad esempio le marmellate. Le colazioni che offrono sono vaste e con prodotti di tutti i tipi (crostate,brioche,pane caldo con marmellate,biscotti ecc ecc). Ci si sente a casa,con la differenza di essere serviti e coccolati come dei figli. Da provare.

Ottima palazzina costruita da poco con elementi di design. Proprietari gentilissimi, animali ammessi, anche se non li fanno lasciare in camera durante l nostra assenza. Arredo moderno, bagno grande con doccia a filo pavimento. Si dorme nel silenzio

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo bb per puro caso scelto al volo on Line, e ci siamo trovati benissimo per la disponibilità e la cortesia di Maura e suo marito, accogliendoci come fossimo di famiglia, la struttura è molto bella, la camera e il bagno pulitissimi, silenzio e relax fanno si che mi sento di consigliare di andare da loro se siete da queste parti. Due giorni di lavoro intensi in trasferta addolciti dall’alloggio presso questo B&B meraviglioso, e dalla presenza di Maura e Luciano, due persone squisite, scambiare due parole con loro fanno di una giornata di lavoro un’esperienza unica, sembra dì essere passati apposta per una vacanza. Riferimento generosità ed ospitalità immensa nonché il calore di una famiglia, che ti fa sentire a casa...
