This place was a strange mix of things. The view is really beautiful - its a stop on many of the tours for people to visit. The rooms however, were quite disappointing. The rooms on the west side (not facing the water), pick up so much heat from the afternoon sun that the walls feel like a heater and the AC cannot keep up. The doors are also not sealed completely, so we had two frogs and a scorpion in our room over the course of three days.
Staff were nice, but not the most helpful. As many others have indicated, access to town from the pousada is up a steep and rough path. This is fine, but the staff were not able to connect us with a taxi to get to and from other places. The local taxi service is run through an app and you cannot download it without a Brazillian account/CPF.
The restaurant is also closed and the snack bar at the lookout closes promptly at sunset. So there is no access to water as well.
Many unnecessary inconveniences here. I would not return.

A vista é linda. O acesso poderia ser melhor. O quarto que estávamos o ar não pegava bem. Muito quente durante o dia. A tv só pegava canal local e olhe lá. Café da manhã razoável.

Só pra Dormir ! Corredores sujos, fios pendurados, porta do banheiro só fecha na porrada, roupas de cama ruins, chaise no bar estava tão sujo que não tive coragem de sentar, não existe um sachê de sal na mesa do restaurante, telhas amarradas com fios, travesseiros de qualidade ruim, o lugar não tem acessibilidade nenhuma (não se atreva a levar idosos). Dentro da pousada tem um ponto turístico, (mirante do Cruzeiro) portanto a circulação de pessoas lá dentro é muito grande. A pousada fica em um lugar alto, não dá pra chegar caminhando. Café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem ! A vista do local é muito bonita, mas é preferível você hospedar em outro local e pagar $ 3,00 para ir lá fazer as fotos. O proprietário precisa ser um pouco mais cuidadoso, pois o local da pra melhorar muito.

Pousada fica em um morro de dificil acesso, para quem esta de carro não há problemas, os quartos sem vista não são muito agradaveis, se possivel pegue com vista, que por sinal é linda. Café simples mas bem satisfatório, funcionarios muito simpáticos, o travesseiro era muito fino, mas pedimos e disponibilizaram outro.

HORRÍVEL E DEPRIMENTE Quarto com cortinas rasgadas mofadas PÉSSIMO ATENTIMENDO FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS não usam máscara de proteção não sabem dar informações de nada sujo imundo!! Restaurante fechado, fiquei duas horas e saímos!!!
