Overall experience was too gud. Especially nearby beach. Not pricate one but still too close to property, so can watch sunrise & set. We booked the jacuzzi room, it was nice experience for the price. The amenities was worth the price. Property covers wide area. More paid adventurous activities are also available. Special mention for their Amber restaurant. Food served here has authentic flavours & its worth every single penny. Especially thai & Italian dishes. Their complimentary breakfast also had so many variaties which includes south indian food with more desserts & savouries. It was nice to be here

Great resort and very close to sea baech we enjoyed with family and staff are good and soft spoken, food and stay was great and pleasant, kids like playing inside resort and they forced to me come again soon, lovely place we will definitely come again in future very soon

Excellent service — neat, clean, and very fast! The staff, especially girl staffs, Venkatesh, Kishore, Manu, Abhishek and other staff very friendly were extremely courteous and attentive, making the experience truly comfortable and family-friendly. Highly recommended!

Review: Stay at Ocean Spray Resort I stayed at Ocean Spray for 2 days. Honestly, it is not value for money. Star Rating: This property is not equal to a real 5-star. At best, it feels like a 4-star. If they want to call it 5-star, they must maintain the same hospitality standards like ITC, Taj, Hyatt, Radisson Blu, or Accord. For the same price, we can even get Taj Fisherman’s Cove in ECR Chennai with much better service. A true 5-star means all categories of rooms and facilities should match the level. Good Points: • Spacious rooms • Nice garden area and walking space Disappointments: For a spending so much, the value is very low. 1. Resort is not beach resort , The beach is around 800m away, and it is a public beach. We need to walk there, street dogs on the way, which is unsafe. 2. Room charges are more than 5-star rates, but they cut costs by filling bottles with tap water instead of proper packaged water. Even ₹20 mineral water they avoid. 3. Kids’ outdoor play area is very old (more than 10 years), damaged and unsafe. Children get disappointed. 4. Housekeeping is poor. They just clean rooms but don’t maintain proper checklists. Bathroom kits are not replaced daily. 5. Balcony areas are poorly maintained. Not family friendly, with cigarette waste still lying around. 6. Rooms have old cable TVs (2010 model), no smart TV. Clearly cost cutting. 7. Furniture in rooms is outdated. Only one chair is kept. No 3-seater sofa for family comfort. 8. Swimming pool has no proper play items for kids. Guests have to bring their own. 9. Activity area is almost empty. They try to push only paid/additional cost activities. 10. Food is okay, but for a true 5-star standard, it is not acceptable. Overall: Ocean Spray looks big and spacious, but service and facilities are not worth the high price. For the money they charge, better options like any brand five star are available with real 5-star experience.

The staff were extremely kind and courteous, setting the tone for the entire stay. The Banquet and F&B team Mr. Ravi and Mr. Tamil went above and beyond to arrange every buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on time. Each meal was well organized, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. The DJ party was a highlight - great music, lively atmosphere, fantastic arrangements and superb service from bar attendants. The cocktail snacks were amazing. The resort’s ambience was equally impressive—lush greenery, serene water features, a stunning swimming pool, all impeccably maintained. It created the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
