The utility cleans the hallway and lobby at 2am with a vacuum sound that disturbs the sleeping guests..I suggest that you have to have your time in cleaning NOT during the sleeping time of the guests. It shows that you don't respect the time and privacy of your guests. DISAPPOINTED 😤

Better service, front desk personnel are polite.The location is great, it's just a few steps away from the mall and fast food chains. The facilities are good. The unit we had has an awesome view of Manila Bay from the 49th floor. The unit is clean and well maintained, no issues encountered. They also have a better internet speed. Highly recommended for staycation or longer stay. Will be booking again at Regency Grand Suites.

Location was good with Robinson and other’s restaurants nearby. Check in-out was quick and smooth. Was reading about the review before booking on their concerns on cockroach before booking, but i must be lucky enough that the room i got was clean and only some cockroach found in bathroom. Bathroom was smelly on the day of typhoon and floods, i guess it was from the sewers. Toilet was noisy during the refilling of water. Lived in 24F but it’s still loud from the nearby liveband and my neighbors was loud like a bunch of elephants throwing some party until 2am. Overall, i’m fine with the stay.

The hotel is in a rough and dirty location although it is conveniently situated near Robinsons mall and McDonald's is close for those that like. We've stayed there a few times and although this didn't happen this time, 2 times prior we were told we broke things in the room that we didn't and lost part of our 2k deposit. I now always ask for the room to be checked whilst I'm present, this time I was told no, first you need to come down stairs to which I replied no, I'm staying here because I know the room is fine, that can be confirmed before we come downstairs. All in all its a nice hotel but staff could be better. We were also told to wait whilst getting our 2k deposit back, why? It's just redeemed once you give back your receipt.

There are more than ten cockroachs found in the room. The hygiene matters must be dealt with immediately. The size of the food was too little that I needed to order two sets for myself.

This hotel remains one of my favorites. It’s very clean. Keep in mind they ask for ₱2k deposit cash upon check in. Also, check in/out times are strict because they are very busy (often fully booked.)

Value for money. Only hassle is they don't have parking

로빈슨 슈퍼에서 도보1분. 비와도 우산안써도 되는 거리. 바다가 살짝 보이는 방. 방 구조도 실용적. 같은 건물에 있는 호텔들에 비해 청결한 듯

친절하누직원들과 깔금한 방 위치도 좋고 맘에듭니다 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다. 벌레도 없고 냄새도 안났음 만족함.
