We enjoyed our stay here! I would rated 10/10 but only down fall was the water pressure was soo low but other than that everything was great, beautiful property, & it felt so safe!

Big room, excellent location, 10 minutes drive to the ocean.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. In fact, I had another hotel booked for the back end of my stay in Los Angeles, and I actually cancelled that hotel to come back to the Westdrift hotel. From check-in to check out the staff was absolutely top-notch. The facilities were fantastic. Across the street is a supermarket with absolutely phenomenal food choices, CVS, shake shack, Philz coffee…. Easy to get to great shopping and the beach.

Definitely not a 4stars hotel. Service was average. Room was ok need updated

The pool was heated which the kids loved it was quiet. The food place closed at 10 PM. The wifi didn’t work. The bed was super hard could barely sleep. There was no lock on the bathroom door or fan in the bathroom.

我很懶，從不寫評價，這是我在攜程的第一篇評論，首先先説結論：大家千萬避坑，這是一家對亞洲人有種族歧視的酒店。在門口卸行李開始，門口的人假裝看不見，不會有任何幫忙。入住當天正好遇到他們系統故障，無法做房卡，衹能手寫一個房號，然後找工作人員帶上電梯，手動打開房門。我check in之後就讓我在旁邊等，緊接着他們的工作人員把我後面來的外國人一波一波帶上去。期間我多次去找她，詢問什麼時候帶我和我母親上去，她每次都説同事不小心把我們漏掉了，稍微等一下。可剛剛她同事明明有跟我對過眼神，但沒有叫我們。在大堂等了將近半小時，多次交涉無果，我過去找他們理論，才找了一個女的帶我們進電梯，幫我們刷了一個三樓，然後她就走開了，我以為到門口會有人幫我們開門，結果在門口又站了10分鐘，還是沒有人開門。我非常憤怒下樓找他們理論，發現他們4個人站在前台有説有笑，旁邊有三波亞洲人都在站着等着，沒人帶他們進房間。我跟他們理論，表達了我的不滿，而且非常生氣，他們意識到了我生氣了，喊了一個room service的人跟我上去，一下子就打開了房門。本來很簡單的一件事，他們就是要讓你等30-40分鐘，即使他們衹是在互相聊天。樓下的那些亞洲人不知道還要繼續等多久。我本來訂了3天，後面兩天直接取消，希望大家可以避坑這家酒店，真的是很明顯的racism。

Hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean, spacious and close to restaurants and shops.

Good, clean and convenient location if staying near LAX. Only about $25 to LAX or $9 to Manhattan Beach pier and restaurants. There’s a big shopping mall only 10m walk that has all the things you expect from a typical mall.

So I really liked this property because of the location to the mall.i also really enjoyed the happy hour in the hotel and the parking garage was nice.
