Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times.
AC not working properly
Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Hotel is nicely located and service is too good.. very Hygienicaly maintained hotel.. it was a good stay all together.

The stay was awesome. All the staff was amazingly helpful mainly Aswin from Front Office . Ali house keeping manager brought us dental kits and water as per our request. Rooms are clean as usual. All the staffs were friendly as well as professional.

the Fo staff were really very good and well behaved ..Mr.AshwinAlways ready to help and always had a smiling face and were really polite will talking Restaurant staffs are calm nd very polite .Breakfast was good bt add some more variety for breakfast.

The rooms and food was great and the service given was fantastic especially from front office Abhishek and from Restaurant Ishika was great TQ ginger and all staff recommend next time TQ ginger

I stayed at many ginger hotels but this was a very excellent stay.....from the beginning at reception they have nicely taken our check in and check out and very fast and the staff are very good ......staff akshatha, swarna and vinod very supportive.The room was neat and clean...housekeeping boys were also very friendly and service was good........ restaurant service was good and food was very tasty..... over-all stay was good...I have given 5 star for this hotel

The place is great and felt like home. The staff were courteous. Special mention about Mr Abhishekam and Ms Swarna who were so warm and their hospitality is real ITC class. The house keeping is excellent! Thank you Ginger! Thank you Abhishekam & Swarna!
