All the raving reviews published here about this hotel do'nt reflect the true standard and quality of this hotel. It is just a mediocre hotel managed unprofessionally. Can't be rated as a 3 * hotel. Located on a hillock, not far away from town. Approach road is full of pot holes and totally damaged. Only USP is good mountain view. Receptionist staff is very cordial and friendly. Room is spacious, bed linen appears clean. Bath room is small, but clean with good tiled walls. Restaurant service is very poor. Looks like grossly understaffed. I noticed even receptionist helping with making chapaties for dinner. That shows the class of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are served only after 8. Have to skip bf if you are starting early for your tour. They don't provide any packed bf either. Limited dishes for dinner. No soup or fruits provided. Roti is of poor quality. Parking almost nonexistent. Just sufficient for 3-4 cars. My driver had to park on the road. No help to load luggage while checking out. Overall, not at all great as mentioned in some of the reviews. Not worth the money. Better to avoid staying here. There are several other options.
