Reception staff miss dixil was rude. We felt insulted by staying in a standard room she is not accommodating.

I love the modern interiors! The wall is amazing! The room may be small but very functional. The staff are friendly as well. Just fix the elevator Down button of the 5th floor and we are all good! I love it here. And also fix the cable so we have something to view at night.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the trip booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City.

The location was good walking distance to the mall restaurants and there’s a nearby hospital but our room can hear the loud sound outside and it bothers our sleeping time. The breakfast was good though they only have limited choices. Price wise its affordable for its good location.

We had a very nice experience staying at big hotel. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. What I love most is there complimentary breakfast..They have delicious food... We'll come again soon.

Breakfast is fine with a buffet of a small salad bar, three egg menu, 2 different oil-rich menus and a coffee machine. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is located in front of Parkmall where there are several transportation supply. Room is not as well as pictures

I was travelling with family, and we really are satisfied on our stay at this hotel. The location is near parkmall ,you can shop anytime just across the hotel, also lots of resto just nearby. The room is clean , and the breakfast was also appetizing! I loved the coffee (hahaha). Guys ,better check this hotel, it is affordable and have good service!
